Had high hopes for this place after a recommendation from a Korean family member who's opinion on good food I highly respect. First, walking in you get a faint smell of fish sauce...not too intense, but definitely noticable. Regarding the food, the tangsuyuk was very good: meat was tender and the batter had great crisp and flavor. The sweet and sour sauce unfortunately was too sweet...I added some vinegar and a bit of siracha to balance it out. Next, the jajangmyeon: I had asked the hostess if the chef could make it spicy with chili peppers or red pepper seeds (if you've never had it this way, it's AWESOME, but you can't use something that changes the flavor of the sauce like gochugaru...if you do it at home use cayenne pepper) but they said they didn't have any??? The menu has general tso's, so they definitely have dried red chili peppers and that would have done the trick just fine. The jajangmyeon itself was a disappointment: thin noodles, more soft than chewy, and the sauce tasted like seafood had been cooked in the pan prior to making the black bean sauce without washing out the pan. It was an interesting flavor...not bad per se, but definitely not classic jajangmyeon flavor. Might have to try it a second time if im ever in town.

This place gave me the best experience of Korean-style Chinese food in the U.S. I’m originally from South Korea and lived in New York for the past four years, so I was really concerned about finding good food after moving to the Puget Sound area. New York is such a food paradise, especially for people from all over the world. But now, I’m so happy I found this place 🥲 The food here was absolutely better than anything I had in Flushing or K-Town in NYC. I really wanted to eat Jjajangmyeon, and I’m so glad I didn’t let the older reviews stop me — they almost pushed me to try a different restaurant. The new owner just took over a month ago, and you can really taste the difference. Thank you so much for the amazing food!

The tangsuyug sauce, which is meant to be thick so that it can go with the pork, was almost entirely lacking in flavor; jajangmyeon, which used to taste extremely great, had become so bland that it was virtually unrecognizable. It almost tasted like microwaved dinner because the vegetables in the tangsuyug sauce were raw and undercooked. It tastes different now that I have been coming here for a while. This is not a place to waste your money.

It was a pretty bad experience. I went with my mom to try something new but the moment we walked in everyone looked at us and we overheard the server say something in a Korean but at the end of the sentence she said Mexican and laughed. We are Mexican. I ordered the sweet and sour pork and my mom order the just pork spicy noodle soup but they got it wrong and added seafood. When my mom told the server that she didn’t order seafood, the server said “you should’ve said that” but my mom did. She just took the bowl back without saying a word and stood there for a second in silence and gave my mom a new bowl with just pork.. The service was terrible. They didn’t come to check on us once. Our waters were completely empty and they didn’t even care to refill them. I could see the server just staring at us most of the time. I felt very uncomfortable because when i was just trying to enjoy the meal I can just see the server staring at us most of the time. I couldn’t even enjoy myself spending...

Ordered through door dash and it quickly came to the door. Food tastes like it’s been in a warmer for several hours. Chicken is dry and tasteless ...they fill the containers with lots of onions to try and compensate for the low amount of meat they provide ...definitely not worth the $60 spent. Door dash you’re amazing but would not recommend this restaurant. Update: I couldn’t get over the amount I spent and neither myself nor anyone in my house could eat any of it,so I decided to call. They argued profusely with me but told me to come in with the food. I did even though this defeated the whole purpose of using door dash. Anyways ,again I was berated by the two ladies working there , one of them I’m assuming is the owner...who did end up giving me a refund for the full amount and told me to never return . Not that I was...
