The costumer service SUCKS here at this place, I came to order a cake ONE MONTH AGO and payed for my cake on advance then when it's time to come pick it up they have the wrong color of the design then they fixed it and it ended WORST!!!! They said they can't fix it again they said it's either you take the cake or we will refund you your money, when I order it a cake one month ahead then I told him I can't leave my daughter without a cake he said well you can take them with money and go buy a cake somewhere else even tho I told him I'm not happy with how he was treating me and on top of that I had to wait almost 2 hours when they fixed my cake the first time and it needed worst, so he said even tho it was their mistake there is nothing else they can do, this is So far the worst experience I've been receive from a so called Manager named "Juan" he was rude and didn't care if I was happy, when I went there to spend My money and spend "$50 dollars on a cake that I didn't like, they can't do their job right and they will talk to you however they want without respect so therefore I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE LOS AMIGOS AT...

First off, this place has the BIGGEST and THE BEST salsa bar I have ever come across in my ENTIRE LIFE. Avocado Salsa? Yes. Fresh Habanero salsa everyday? YOU GUESSED IT. Why would I give my money to a corporation like McDonald's or Taco Bell that treats their workers like crap when I can come here, spend less money, support a family owned business that actually treats their employees GOOD. Every time i come in here, the clerk is kind, respectful, and is informative. The cooks are on point. I haven't found a place that nails skirt steak like this place does. I hope they NEVER let go of the cook because he KILLS IT. I cannot stress how much I love this place. If you haven't been here, get a burrito for starters, and drop some of that salsa bar ALL OVER your burrito. You wont regret it. Plus, you wont be letting your money go to some figurehead corporate bozo. This place ROCKS! This is a word of mouth spot. Really surprises me that more people don't know about it. Best part? I came to this store before and I said I would come again to try out the bread. ( Let's be honest Mexican stores are way over price) today I walked in hoping to find the best sweet bread in this area. I didn't notice to price tag I was hoping it wouldn't be as much. After arriving home I looked at my receipt carefully and notice I was overcharged for 6 pieces of Bolillo ( the bread you normally use for Tortas ). I called asking for the price which I was informed $1.99 each I got six my total should've been $11.94 I was charged $17.50. I called to informed them & was told to come in. But after being home already I wasn't up to wasting Gas for just $6 back. Perhaps it was a mistake but the cashier Lorena did make a mistake at some point and requested for help.
