My wife and I came into the store looking for some bedroom furniture and found a great bed frame and dresser with early holiday sales. The associate that helped us was super nice (everyone there seemed very nice!) and got our furniture ordered with no problems. The store is clean, organized, professional, and has some really nice furniture options.
The issue I had was with getting my furniture from the warehouse. I ordered the furniture on a Friday and was told it'd be ready at the warehouse on Tuesday. I was supposed to call a day ahead to let them know to schedule my furniture pickup. I called on Monday and was told it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday, but that I could pick it up then and it would be scheduled. When I showed up on Wednesday for the dresser, the warehouse worker said it was never scheduled and that he would have to go find it to bring it down, and because it wasn't already pulled, it added time to our wait. Not the fault of the warehouse worker -- he seemed confused that it wasn't ready.
I could only take the dresser that day, so I asked if they could hold onto the bed frame for a week or so, since I was moving and would have a U-Haul to take the bed. The worker said yes, just to call a day before and get it scheduled and pulled down. This Friday, I called Dania to ask them to schedule the bed frame, and the associate assured me it would be scheduled and ready. When I showed up on Saturday (yesterday), I happened to get the same worker as before, who informed me that the bed frame was -- like the dresser -- never scheduled or pulled down, and he would have to go find it for me. This set me back about a half hour to 40 minutes in my rented U-Haul. Again, no fault of the warehouse worker; he was awesome. His job should have been easier -- and I shouldn't have had the timing of my move thrown off after setting up pickup ahead of time as directed.
The furniture itself is very nice! I just wish the pickup went as it was supposed to. I feel like the same situation shouldn't have happened twice, especially since I was following their own direction to call...
Read moreWe've spent nearly 10k in the last two months and this company has the worst customer service that I've every experienced. The team is great at taking your order and credit card information, but the delivery service is the absolute worst. On our first delivery they failed to delivery half of the furniture that we ordered. The warehouse knew that the furniture was not available but decided not to tell us!
We gave the company the benefit of the doubt and made a second purchase - poor judgment on our part. They scheduled the delivery at 10 o'clock at night on December 23 and No Showed/No Called! We called in advance to confirm and was assured of the delivery but no one showed or called to let us know. They rescheduled the delivery three weeks later which was a third disaster. The delivery team knowingly assembled my daughters bedroom furniture incorrectly and just walked out the door. It's been 4 weeks, my daughter still can't use the dresser and we're still waiting on a call from the furniture repairmen.
Still can't believe we paid ten thousand dollars for this!

First, the initial delivery had many damaged pieces and an incorrect item. I waited for a phone call and had to call after a week of not hearing from my sales person. The next delivery had damaged goods again that even the Dania delivery people spotted before bringing them in. I had to again make the phone call for help.The third attempt unbelievable, three missing pieces on the truck and another wrong part. This after the promise from the manager Randy it would be thoroughly inspected. The resolution, lack of communication and respect for my time has been unbelievable. I asked to speak with the regional manager and was promised a phone call on a Saturday. Only after calling in Monday myself did I speak to Bryn and was asked by him, what are you actually looking for! I expected professionalism and basic common customer service for the price I paid.
