I’m am sad to tell you, you, should have spent your moneys more wisely. You are going to have a hard time trying to fix stupid with an attitude. The person taking the drive through orders talks fast enough to report a fire, not slow enough to understand what they are saying My order was very complicated, large hamburger, with only (ONLY) onion, pickles, and mustard on a bun. Very complicated So with that order u also get a shift manager collecting the moneys, comes with an attitude and no thank you. This is my fault, because I requested they talk slow enough so I could understand what they were saying. My Bad! So with my order of a hamburger, they were gracious enough to request, it what I ordered, but what they thought far enough ahead to add cheese, may be they knew, I forgot to mention cheese on that. The company invested a lot of money building one of the nicest facilities in Tahlequah, Only to have to put up with incompetence. I only hope the company eventually sees the return they deserve. When I see the parking lot full, then I may try it again. I understand why you are reluctant to have a name appearing on the receipt I would have trouble, explaining why the team is so happy to have an opportunity to learn and enjoy people, this is a high volume people business. Not selling rocket ships, doesn’t require an engineer to dip ice cream and flip burgers. Braun’s is a fantastic example of knowing what people, we (only speaking for myself) being 80 years old won’t and don’t have to put up with someone who’s addicted is you will take what’s handed to in the was I want to hand it to you If you would like to educate the younger people what we expect, send them to the Senior Citizens Club or to a nursing facility There is an education there, and would be glad to teach a little respect.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Braum's Tahlequah, and I was very impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. I ordered a bag of burgers with ketchup only, and they were absolutely delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and the ketchup was flavorful and fresh. I also enjoyed the fries, which were crispy and flavorful.

The service at Braum's Tahlequah was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive, and she made sure that our drinks were always full. She also took the time to answer our questions about the menu and make recommendations.

I love the home style food market. And the milk is a perfect price for this area and it's taste is awesome! And the fresh cut meats, well you just can't go wrong. Some things you can't get like dish soap, trash bag's , cleaning supplies. That's fine with me though. They keep it simple. The carry out menu and ice cream choices are delicious. The reason I just scored three stars was service problems. At the point of sale in the market area. Being handicapped it's very difficult to get a little extra attention. Putting two gallons of milk in one bag is to heavy for one, and they swet and push through the bag on the way to the house. I have lost a few gallons in the four years I have been in Tahlequah. The doors are very hard to get open and through in a cart with four or more bags. The cashier can be a little more attentive helping to get me out the door. And last... The new POS does not give you any totals you can see.Even the final sale one on the post by the register. It's bothersome that I just signed my credit card and never saw a total anyware. Keep it up Braum's, still a top notch place to feed our body's. O the gluten free area is the bomb!!
