I love the pho from this restaurant. I drive from DC when I can to get some. Since this establishment is located in a heavy latino populated area, the place gets packed. The weekends here is super crazy. So you cant really get mad with the wait time. You've been warned. So on to the food. The summer rolls are fat and fresh. Better than most places I've gone to. With a little kick to the peanut sauce. If you want the perfect bowl, get the number 1 on the menu. Loaded with all the good stuff. Very tasty broth that didn't need much seasoning. Any other place I've gone, I usually put a lot of sriracha and hoisin sauce. Didn't need too much here. Fresh veggies on the side to add to your already tasty soup. Had the vietnamese ice coffee, so damn good. Strong and not too sweet. Just the way I like it. My wife had a smoothie here and the taste is great. They make it a little on the chunky icy side. So its good if you like that. I read a few of the bad reviews that were very vague with their experience here. I bet they went at a super busy time. So naturally with these small businesses you will get either the slower service, or just struggling to keep up with the customers that are coming and going. So, if you're not ready for the busy weekend, go during the week when the staff isnt overwhelmed and see what they have to offer. I've experienced both. I learned my lesson and enjoy my delicious pho during the week. I have not had a bad experience with this place. I'm not counting the wait time on the busy day. When a place this small has heavy crowds, it's for good reason. The prices here are worth what you get. They've been around for many years and dont look like a hipster place so it can seem a little off. But I go for the soup. And as long as they are clean, as they usually...
Read morePho was decent. But the wait time is abysmal. Seems like they prefer to do things in bulk. Sat next to a rando for 10 minutes. Asked how long she's been waiting, she said 15 minutes. Another rando just sat across from us. Than 5 minutes later, our food comes out. Rando girl waited nearly 20 minutes, I waited 15 minutes. New guy waited 5 min. The guy serving us had 5 other bowls with him. I've been to a few Pho places, but this is chaotic. How are you going to let people wait 15 - 20 minutes for Pho? The longest I waited was 5 minutes. 10 if the place was busy. They have the potential since the Pho was decent, but a 15-20 minute. Hell no. I came during my 30 min lunch break, spent 15 minutes just diddling my fingers. Since my lunch break was running out, I couldnt even finish half my bowl. Decent price and average Pho, but don't come here if you're on break. Service is too slow. They should serve as food becomes ready, not wait for 7...
Read morePho 75 was closed due to them celebrating the Chinese New Year, I had been here before and been satisfied with the meal, so I suggested this restaurant as an alternative. There is no way this place is up to sanitary standards! We were enjoying our food and then to my horror I saw a roach crawling up a box right behind my boyfriend. We then examined the side of the booth and saw roach droppings. We then dropped our food and alerted the cashier of the pests and he barely reacted, which lets me know they are fully aware of the problem, he didn’t even offer to reduce the price. Please save your money and go to Pho 75 right...
