I purchase two fajas from this store and the 1st week of wearing it the hooks got mess up and I went t back to the store as they claim I had 30 days to exchange if there was anything wrong. But when I got there and took the faja to show them that the hooks were damage I was told that the 30 days is for exchange without wearing it. The 2 faja zipper got mess up. This fajas are expensive and are supposed to be high quality but they are very low quality as both fajas had damages after wearing them within the same week. I do not...

It is so difficult to return something to this company! They make it so complicated. I've asked for directions on how to return or xchange my item and they sen me an email that does not explain. I will never buy from them again! So I guess I just lost $130 for ordering from this company. They only can be contacted by email....
