American Deli — Restaurant in Talladega

I ordered a Reuben sandwich with the thousand island on the side. This is how Sandwich came looks nothing like the picture in the store or online. there was more sauerkraut on it than there was meat. they did not put the cheese on the sandwich at all. The bread was not toasted. They also gave me one of the end pieces as one of my slices of bread. It seems like the bread was old because it was falling apart. Would not recommend this ice to anyone every time I have gotten a sandwich or anything from this place it has been shit. And you take it back to them and they say oh we cannot do a refund. We placed a call in order and got it home to find the drinks and half the food weren't what we ordered. When we called to ask about having the drinks and food replaced with the correct order, the woman who answered said that they gave us exactly what we ordered and that she was positive that her manager wouldn't fix their mistakes. We spent close to $50 for our family of 5 to eat and only half of us actually got to eat. Rude, unprofessional, and downright pathetic service. The manager wouldn't even come to the phone. I always have a good experience with food and customer service at this store, but for some reason the manager of this store would not fix the issue I had with over cooked boneless chicken wings that had a burnt taste to it. He told me “if it’s burnt it would be black” and my next thought was you definitely don’t cook often!! Clearly the grease needed to be changed, I asked him what he was going to do about it and he said nothing. I love American deli but after this I won’t be going back!!
