Talladega Plaza — Local services in Talladega

Calling this a plaza is a far cry from what plazas are, only about 4 business/stores the sidewalk im front of dollor general is up above the ground level but the issue is there should be a slope because it's hard pushing your buggy out then man=handling it down the non slope curb out to the litter and debris of this parking lot. Going out onto haynes street which is the road in front of Walmart there has been a crater size hole for I know at least 2 years! This plazas has a check cashing place, dollor general, some type clothing store ( recently opened) and aarons rental. This town is dying and I only come here if necessary because majority of business in this town now are fast food, dollor generals 4 of them, title pawns etc a recent study was done nationwide and talladega is ranked in top 10 worst cities to live in comes as no surprise for I have lived and worked around here most of my life and can see the difference between the early 80's till now, choose somewhere else if...

Every city has ita pro's and con's. Ive been a proud resident of talladega fpr half my life now and it hasnt gotten worse nor better, its home and i love it. Get out and explore .
