Buffalo Bay — Restaurant in Talladega

We were excited to hear that there’s a new place in town that sells seafood as we ordered multiple menu items I’ll start off on a positive note the honey garlic wings were my favorite they were good! , but I should add my first disappointment was to see that for $11 there were only 2 Egg rolls (Philly cheesesteak) kinda a ripoff in my opinion and taste wise I’ve had better doesn’t really taste like much, I would have to say the same for the Philly cheesesteak sub it was okay I’ve had better I completely understand wanting to have menu variety but in my opinion it would be best to stick to one thing and perfect it… now moving on to seafood I had high hopes but maybe a little too high coming from someone who grew up on local fresh seafood … but I have to say taste wise I was severely disappointed the house sauce was not good at all I ended up Rinsing it off and making my own garlic butter sauce instead so it wasn’t money wasted it lacked seasoning even salt it was almost too acidic and citrusy and almost had a baking soda taste weird! It honestly could be a lot better with a new sauce recipe it would be our go to place if it was changed. Overall all I should also add it did make my stomach a little upset the next day not sure why but it wasn’t severe like food poisoning or anything but probably not the freshest but that’s...

This place has no clue what it wants to be; and what it's trying to be, is not done well. Is it Asian food? Cajun? A Buffalo Wild Wings Clone? Seafood? Subway? What is it??

The prices are crazy high for the quality of food received. The seafood is 100% frozen, never fresh, as some of ours tasted freezer burnt/old.

The fried rice is nasty; The insane amount of soy sauce (salt) made it inedible. And you can tell they are using cans of great value mixed vegetables, instead of fresh veggies.

This place feels like an "American Deli" (in the same parking lot) with frozen...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Totally an unexpected gem! The seafood boil was packed with flavor—shrimp were fresh and juicy, corn was so sweet it felt like falling in love. But the real MVP? The loaded fries. Cheese, sour cream, bacon piled sky-high—pure guilt, pure happiness 🔥

And that cheesesteak? Let’s just say my diet officially surrendered. Service was friendly, portions were generous, and the price? Worth every bite. Next time, I’m not coming alone—I’m bringing the whole crew to fight me for that...
