Why do you change 3 percent for an To Go Order, this was in addition to the tax. I expect the tax, I don't expect to pay more because I chose not to eat inside your business. Service was good, ice cream was good. I want to eat outside without paying a three percent fee charge. You have two choices, since they are stealing from me I can lie and say that I am eating inside to avoid the fee and then quickly leave or just no longer go to this business. 05.21.2025. I paid $ 4.75 for one scoop of ice cream in a sugar cone. I suggest going to Walmart or The Pig and buy Blue Bell Ice cream and a sugar cone. There is nothing special about this business. Most customers don't ask for a receipt to see if a business is stealing from them. Went to the ice cream shop and was very poorly greeted.Then both of the staff members disappeared for about 10 minutes and the entire shop was left unattended. The young ladies finally emerged from the back and then started to work on my order. At least 5 more minutes passed and my friend got his order. I was still waiting. After a total of about 25 minutes I finally got my order. I was really looking forward to my ice cream and was positive it would be worth the wait. This was not my day for ice cream. It was the worst put together scraps of something unidentified covered with lots of whip cream. I ended giving it back to the young ladies because it was truly a shameful display of something. The girls were unprepared for customers and have no awareness to the customers time or how they present themselves to the public. I am from out of town and review many places. We have been here several times and the service atmosphere and employees have been great! Today, was a little different which makes me very sad ! Because we have been telling our grandchildren what a wonder place it was and we brought them today and it wasn’t good at all. They didn’t have the first 2 sandwiches we asked for and there was only 2 younger girls there . I did get one of thier names and it was Holly . She was very sweet and she was working very hard trying to fill orders basically by herself . The other girl wasn’t much help and I told her that we had been there a very long time and she told me they were working on it. The only thing was everyone behind had eaten and gone before we got everything we ordered .
