Taco Bell — Restaurant in Talladega

When me and my son walked in the cashier was sitting at a table on her laptop didnt acknowledge us at all...i asked her if it was ok that we dined in and she completely ignored me so i start putting our order into the kiosk closest to the register but when i hit check out the screen reset so again i attempt to get her attention to let.her know but i am ignored so i jst step to the other kiosk i finish my order and waiting on it to be made...the lawn care men walk in and she immediately jumps up and gets behind the counter greets them.and takes the order she then.reaches out with our cups and says "HERE" and then back to smiling at the men. She never said another word to me or my child however a older lady came in while we was eating our lunch(around 11:30ish)and she spoke to us checked on us and made sure.our order was great even though i did not order on her shift she even thanked us for stopping in. The other girl was back on her laptop when we finished. It was roughly 10:45ish when we got there after my son's dr appt. The 1st girl couldve at least greeted us or answered my questions or even looked up from her laptop but with my son and I we was not."worthy" enough i guess but...

My husband and I stopped there on 10/16/22 and ordered 3 taco supremes and my anticipated first Pizza after it’s return to the menu. When we were served we were surprised to find both orders missing tomatoes!. My husband went to the counter to ask for tomatoes and he was informed ( after waiting for the server to return from the back) that they had run out. Now, this is a big disappointment as neither of these items are complete or satisfactory without tomatoes! No one bothered to mention this when we placed our order! He asked for a refund and the gal disappears to the back again only to return with a couple of coworkers to inform us they weren’t authorized to issue a refund and we were to come back in the morning to speak to a manager. We informed them that we were traveling through the area and would no longer be there in the morning. We Left the untouched food at the cash register and left! Poor service and...

Talladega Taco Bell was great when it opened, but now it's not so great. The AM lady to take my order never can hear me and always has a bad attitude. I over the breakfast crunch wras that us to be as big two hashbrowns together, but not it is s big as one wraped up Hashbrown. When I go in the afternoon and get anything with beef, there is so much grease dripping off of it I don't even want to eat it. When you ask them to fix the order, they look at you mad, and they have a terrible attitude. The hashbrowns can be good, but they are either too greasy or hard as a rock. Every time I order in drive-thru, they ask me to pull around to the front every time. No matter if I just order a drink or a taco. Pull around. I did receive a response that said to email Taco Bell what I'm guessing is customer service because they wanted to "fix" the problem and give me something in return, and I never heard back...
