Went to get coffee and saw there are new pumpkin flavors. Ordered a coffee cooler (my favorite) with 1 pump of pumpkin spice flavor to try. The guy at the window was SO nice and so professional!! I didn't catch his name. We pulled away and I took a sip - and got a mouthful of coffee grounds and very "spicy" pumpkin flavor. Ick! Looked at it and noticed coffee grounds floating throughout the drink. Drove right back around to ask to remake it, and was absolutely turned off to the pumpkin at that point. The nice guy at the window apologized and took my drink back, but then came back to tell me the manager told him he will have to charge me again to remake it with my one pump of a different flavor. What? That was gross, AND you already took it from me. Okay...can I please just get it remade with no flavor? Yes, he says - but per the manager, that will be full price. I asked if I could talk to the manager, but she was "not available" and just told the guy to tell me I'd have to pay. So, now I'm annoyed. This is no big deal and they're making it pretty difficult. I asked for a refund. The guy looked so uncomfortable and told me I will see a refund in a few days (did not get a receipt, so remains to be seen). I thanked him, then ordered the drink that I asked for, and paid for it. It came out great. While he was helping me, I could hear the manager talking about me behind him. I said, "she knows I can hear her, right?" Definitely unnecessary and made me upset. I didn't yell or say anything mean, I told the window service guy I knew it wasn't his fault, stuff happens. They made so much more work for me and themselves to do all this instead of just remaking one drink. I don't know that...
Read moreReally rude customer service today. I got yelled at today for not remembering the name of the coffee I wanted. I couldn’t see the menu and said “toffee” when I meant “Tuscany” but the person taking my order refused to show me a menu (he came to our car while we were waiting in line and the menu was too far to read). He got very angry that we asked to see a menu and then insisted he knew the menu, ignoring our simple request for a visual to help us order. I ended up just ordering a peppermint mocha just to de-escalate the tension. I received a bland latte with neither mocha nor peppermint in it.
It was a very humiliating and upsetting experience to be talked down to for something as simple as a customer wanting to see a menu. And it ruined an already stressful morning after an overwhelming medical procedure. I don’t recommend this...
Read moreEveryone here is very nice however, there is not consistency in product or service. Several times I’ll order a coffee and ask for extra shots or flavor or add whipped cream. Nothing crazy like adding other flavors just additional pumps/shots of what’s already in the drink. I’ll be charged for it and then it wouldn’t be in the drink. Having to give back the cup and ask for the whipped cream or additional flavors.. they add it and apologize but it happens more times than not. It shouldn’t.. then using the app is pointless… tell them you’re using points but they only scan it once and charge you without using the points and it ruins the payment.. the drink taste different each time I go.. I get the save few...
