Food was mostly great! My single meat pokĆ© bowl was a sad fish-to-rice ratio for the price, and the spicy tuna was weirdly ground up? Wasnāt expecting that. I lived in Hawaii and was hoping for a bowl closer to what I was accustomed to eating thereā nice big chunks of raw tuna. I ordered furikake and the bowl came out with none. When I asked about it a server took the bowl to the back and brought it out with a very light dusting of what I thought was furikake. When I asked for a little more they then admitted that theyāre out of furikake and they had just put seaweed and sesame seeds on top instead. Thatās fine but communication with the customer could be better! Also, the server taking our order seemed unsure of everything I asked about on the menu. They couldnāt tell me about any of the sauces I inquired about and just couldnāt really guide us through the menu which would have been nice as first time guests. My husband ordered a spicy ramen bowl that was really good and the bao buns were also delicious. We enjoyed the boba milk tea too! Good quality food and friendly service but the staff could be better educated on the menu. Will be back...

They forgot to put the sauce/dressing I ordered which made it the whole thing pretty useless. The temperature wasā¦off. Maybe because I got my order to go but the hot rice turned the raw fish into a lukewarm texture. With no sauce it was pretty gross. I didnāt even finish it. I hate to waste to the money but it genuinely wasnāt worth the calories.

The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous and food came out quickly for how busy they were (maybe a 10-minute wait at most). We will definitely be back! My only suggestion is possibly making some dry-erase menus for the customized bowls for customers to check off what they want. I think it would make ordering easier for both parties. But next time I will come prepared...
