Update! I contacted Pizza Hut through their corporate website and let them know my experience and they refunded my purchase. I gave an extra star for that, so now at 3 stars. They first said they'd have a credit for me at the store where I ordered, but I definitely didn't want that, so I asked for a refund and they did. Satisfied.
Delivery was about 30 min later than the (35-) 45 minutes that was predicted by pizzahut and was probably why the pizzas and breadsticks were only moderately warm. 2. Delivery Tracker was a big fail. 2 1/2 hrs later and it still says "We're Making Your Order." One of the pizzas had so little sauce that it lacked marinara flavor and both pizzas had too much sweet flavor. The pizzas were also WAY TOO GREASY! 3. Pizzahut never provides enough sauce for the breadsticks. One little container doesn't even last through half of one order and that's using it conservatively. If someone stretched it to use on all the breadsticks, there wouldn't be enough of a dab to even taste the marinara.
It's been months since I've ordered pizzahut and I doubt I'll be doing so again anytime soon. :( P.S. I suggest they send the pizza makers to Valdosta Pizza Hut on Hwy 84 to learn how to make them right! Or they could just go to Newk's close by and learn from them. Newks has great pizzas, and even if they do cost more, it's worth it to get to enjoy it... AND... no bad aftertaste or after-effects from...

He told me that this cheese bites pizza that was overcooked so badly that the cheese had completely melted and burned out of the bites that were rock hard, was "perfect". That "nothing was wrong with the pizza" "if he made another it would look exactly the same" "you must not like cheese bites pizza because this is what it's supposed to look like" "you ate almost half off it and you touched the whole pizza" (a note on that last one: my family tried to choke it down before I took it back because it was awful. We ate 1 slice, 1 bite, and .5 slice)... as well as many other comments. I had gone back to the store to have a satisfactory meal prepared, but given the manager's 'standard' of quality and attitude, I asked for a refund. To which he responded "That's what I figured you wanted all along", as if I would go through all this nonsense to somehow "get away" with one terrible slice of pizza. I expect better from this company, but if this manager is a representative of Pizza Hut, then there is definitely a customer service problem that people should...
Read moreI am beyond frustrated with my experience at Pizza Hut. I had an order messed up and they gave me "credit" instead of remaking my pizza. When I called back to place the order again, no one answered after multiple attempts, despite it being only 8:30 PM, and they close at 12 AM. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I drove to the location, and when I got there, I could see the staff through the window — one was on the phone and the other was dancing like they were filming a TikTok video. As soon as they saw me coming, they immediately went to the back. When I finally got inside, they told me they were out of the pizza I had requested!
