We were in on Friday, 3/6/15 with our 4 young children for a "treat" dinner. The first complaint that I have is that the new toys are Barbie and Hotwheels. We were told that they didn't have any Barbie toys. My daughter was disappointed but got over it. We sat in the only table big enough. This table just so happened to be under the television. While we waited for our food, which took a long time since there was only 2 people working behind the counter. Once we got our food, we realized that "Forensic Files" was what was showing on the television. My husband went up to the counter and asked that they change the channel. He was told that they had no capability of changing the channel. I was floored that there wasn't anyway to change the channel but we went on with our dinner until the program began discussing strangling and all of the blood found at the scene. I went up to the counter and told them that I didn't want my 4 young children hearing this and please to turn it off. I was told that the manager would turn it off. We waited through the commercials and when the program came back on and no one had bothered turning it off, my husband just stood on the bench and pushed the off button. Never once did the manager bother coming out and talking to us or even helping the only two employees that were on duty. This is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant and that is not what experience we had. This entire experience was beyond terrible and we will NEVER be back. I am also sending a letter to their corporate offices.
NOTE: I did stop here yesterday 3/15/15 at around 5:30ish. The crew in there at this time was fabulous! They did make one of the burgers wrong but went over and beyond apologizing. They were absolutely the friendliest crew and should be "on" at ALL times this...
Read moremy best friend & i showed up at 10 pm to pick up my mobile order & was told “ we’re not taking orders due to being understaffed at the moment” after clarifying it was a mobile order that was already placed, he asked for our code. he then told us “i didn’t accept the order so you wouldn’t be loosing any money, have a great night.”. my best friend is very shy so she went to leave, i checked my bank account before she pulled off fully & the money was definitely removed so i made sure to make her turn right back around.
this is just my experience for the night, but this isn’t the first. this location is consistent in showing lack of customer service, unable to be open during operating hours, and never has enough team members. i understand bad days, but this is my experience everytime i’ve come to this location for the past 10 months & it’s to the point where someone needs to take a deeper look into management it can’t always be the team members faults. after encountering the gentleman at the window, i did feel bad because you could tell he was tired and still very kind. the one at the second window, made us feel like an inconvenience & told us he wasn’t making our mcflurry. like that’s it, he straight faced said “ i’m not making the mcflurry i don’t even know if our ice cream machine works.” not really that big of a deal, but having the kind of employee who has no care on how they speak to customers, is going to hurt in the long run. this will be my last visit to...
Read moreJust horrible absolutely horrible . For the past 3 nights I've came to this location around the time of 8-1 and it's always equally garbage . I had a boy tell me I couldn't have a sprite in a plastic cup or chocolate added on top of my milkshake ???? After waiting in line for 30 mins no told him he didn't get the cookie I ordered and when I asked he said I'd have to pull around again .. for one singular cookie??? But tonight after sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken with not one not two but three cars ahead of me with not even a welcomes to McDonald's to anyone . Then when I finally got to the window he started to take me order stopped continued to take the other person's order then after waiting another 8 minutes he took my order then continued to tell me how he didn't hear me and how I will have to pull around AGAINNN for the second time and I he even stated he couldn't understand me but I clearly stated the same thing each time . And asked him if he could just do it here . This is is outraging . Then when I asked for his name he acted as if he could here me at all .. I will never come back here .
