Ology Coffee is the brainchild of Jason Card, a long-time coffee expert and enthusiast in Tallahassee. With past experience at Atomic Coffee, Journeyman Coffee, and the Hideaway (to name a few) over the years, he really knows his stuff and is so passionate about sharing what he knows. After starting bartending at Ology Brewing, he was able to branch out and start brewing his own cold brew to serve at the various locations. From there, it's history. Ology is the best microbrewery in Tallahassee! Their tarts and sours are absolutely perfect and their IPA's taste like you're biting into a fresh grapefruit. Their bourbon is also very smooth. The best coffee is the "Blatantly Obvious", a cold brew coffee with their coffee and vanilla cream liqueur mixed in.
