Not me ordering my food at 6:34 & it saying 50 min wait time me arriving at restaurant at 7:28 while also receiving text my order would be ready in 3-5 mins please come to takeout stand. So naturally I send my fiancé in expecting a short wait. He’s told one moment we are waiting on rolls..rolls.. what 5-15 mins wait max?? Try 30 MINS. Whatever it’s Sunday at 7:30-8 pm. Maybbbbe they’re busy? Why is my pizza shriveled up cold to touch when it gets to my car. I take over on going inside and asking for my pizza to be hot you know a reasonable ask for food I paid for. Standing there waiting for it to go back through oven I was told - when a supposed “manager” comes out and asks what I wanted and immediately was hostile because your “underage” employee his words not mine was uncomfortable because of my complaint and attitude. Lmao honey this is real world. People expect to get food in timely fashion and when they don’t and it’s cold to bone people are going to be upset and expect resolution. This is what we call the real world. Anyways. Now this guys trying to get a rouse out of me in front of an entire group of angry customers waiting for their food while he should’ve been helping them never once did I ask for his assistance. He didn’t even know where my food was or what was going on when I pointed this out and that he needs to deal with the miscommunication he’s having with his employees not me he went even crazier I’m not the one dude. I don’t get paid to hear your excuses. I started videoing at his point and he went in kitchen berating me to staff and even older lady told him he can’t be acting like that so y’all know y’all are wrong. Good riddance will NEVER recommend...
Read moreNew comer to the area! So today I was craving some wood fire grilled pizza, while working in the area. I came in around 2 pm-ish. I stood waiting for about 15 mins, no one welcomed me nor lifted their heads to notice I was there. There were a few employees who walked by , but never addressed me. I had to make myself noticed and they seemed to be in shock, as to why I would be in a mood. Finally we were in the ordering process. I needed the manager to give a code to permit the sign-up deal they had. As a manager I would at least expect him to welcome me to his restaurant, but that was not true in this case. As they were working on other orders, new customers came in to do take out as well, same situation. This time the customers left with disappointment. They also weren’t addressed when they came in. Even though I saw the same 3 people coming back and forth, especially the young lady who was serving her table which is right next to the take out door. At this point I was curious as to how much compassion they were putting into to their food they serve. I will say the pizza salad and the free (pepperoni rolls) were all good. My soup was a bit oily. I feel at this point the customer service needs immediate attention, at least in the take out side of Piesanos ! 🥲🥲. Lead by example to say the least, Mr. Manager !!! Take out is also an important part of your business. I hope the next time I’m in your neck of the woods, that your customer service is just as welcoming, as your...
Read moreSaturday evening we decided to try Piesanos (Tallahassee) for the first time. It was my husband and I with our 15month old, and another couple. The food was wonderful, 2 pizzas and 2 appetizers, kids ravioli for our son. Apart from the food being good though, I really have to shout out how wonderful our experience was. Going out to eat with a toddler is always a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially now that he has found his voice😅. Immediately after being seated my son started saying one of the words he has mastered by now, "Eat", very loudly. Thankfully everyone got a kick out of him, and the waitress even brought him out some plain rolls specially for him to enjoy while we waited for our meals. Everyone we interacted with gave him so much attention and I just can not express how much it eased my nerves knowing he was not bothering them and he was so welcomed there. After our meals, another gentleman offered to bring him out some mandarin oranges, but we already were getting ready to leave so we declined. I wish I had gotten everyone's names to specifically shout out the individuals who were so kind and attentive to us. It really meant so much to me to know that this is a place we can bring our baby to eat with us and know he is welcome. Delicious food, wonderful staff, We definitely...
