I paid for double sides, double meat. When I open my box, I thought they had mistakenly given me one meat instead of double. When I asked her, she insisted that it was double meat. I’ve eaten here for years so I know that that wasn’t factual, but there was a big line and I didn’t want to hold them up. I’ve posted a side-by-side of what I received and what they have on their site for the meal that I paid for. Mine is the one with a greenbeans. I love this place and have loved it ever since there was only one in town @the old Tallahassee Mall. I was in line the FIRST day it opened up! Have loved it ever since but the customer service has been horrible in recent years. Today I was served by a mixed black young lady and she was AMAZING!! The food was as good as it has ever been, but the customer service really made it for me! The food can be AMAZING but if you get poor quality service, that is all you will walk away with. so I’m mainly ordered from this place through DoorDash, maybe three or four times but the last time I ordered through them I got sick. I didn’t even eat the whole platter. I may be ate five bites because I wanted to save the rest for later, but maybe 20 minutes after I took that last bite my stomach was a mess. I had heard stories about this place, causing food sickness, but I was steady ordering from them because the food was just that good and it wasn’t causing me any problem until it did really unfortunate because I love this place, especially their eggrolls.
