This particular restaurant has been consistently rude to me. I order the Strawberry Acai Refresher and ask for extra strawberries on the side. I hate when it sits in the drink because it gets soggy. They gave me the small cup of strawberries on the side a few times. The next day I went they told me they could no longer give it to me because it was "Company policy" even though I had gotten it from them the night before. I called corporate right after and was informed that there was no policy stating that I could not order and pay for an extra side of strawberries. The next few times I went, I paid 50 cents for it. I am perfectly fine with paying that to get a small side of strawberries to add to my drink so it doesn't sit and get soggy. After a few times of paying 50 cents for it, I went back again. This time they told me "due to policy" they had to ring me up for a drink in order to get the extra strawberries and told me it would cost $4.50. I'm not sure how that makes any sense or how their policies change by the day. I also have had no issues at any of the other locations. They have all been extremely nice, and let me purchase the extra side of strawberries for 50 cents, which is how much it would cost if purchased on the app. I don't know what is wrong with this location but they single me out every time and make some sort of strange excuse as to why they can't get it for me, or try to charge me an insane amount. I would go to a different location but this is the one closest to my house. I am also a consistent and loyal customer and go to Starbucks for my drink every single day. I placed a mobile order online for pick up as I suffer from social anxiety and PTSD, and sometimes find it hard to communicate with people in public, when I arrived at the window, I was verbally assaulted by the attendant a young lady. She very rudely told me that next time I visited, I need to place my mobile order and then wait longer before arriving and that I had arrived way to quickly to give them more time to make the drink. Of course I was not rushing the attendant and had no problem waiting for my beverage as I always enjoy the fact that My coffee at Starbucks is hot and fresh. I have been a partner for over 6 years and when I approached the register the store manager Mercedes was not inviting. She didn't let my girlfriend use her partner numbers to make a purchase and question the authenticity of our commitment to the company. She proceeded to be very rude and make the transaction very difficult upon waiting for a croissants for over 20 min because she was too bust taking down our information. Thanks to Eden for being such an amazing partner and being aware that we were not served properly. She was very attentive and showed care for her customers. Jocelyn was also very fast in making sure we were tooken care of and Ricardo took the initiative to give us a recovery card for our troubles.
