The manager, Christie, is very rude and unprofessional. I placed an order through the app that showed my order would be ready at 8:54. I arrived at 8:54. My son and daughter went inside and had to wait because the order wasn’t ready. When they finally came out, my son said he was told they were out of sweet tea, so all of the drinks were Fanta. I checked the bags and a meal was missing and one of the drinks was supposed to be a medium. All of the drinks provided were small. He took the bag back with the receipt and small drink to notify them of the missing items. He called me and told me the manager told him he had to wait outside because they were closing the inside and cleaning the floors. She was very rude to him and never brought him inside to discuss the order. I moved my car to the front directly in front of the door. Multiple customers were sitting inside and a customer was at the counter. No one was cleaning. The door was locked. The manager was in the front with three female employees. The manager was constantly making faces and looking towards us standing outside without ever addressing me. The customer that was at the counter was eventually sent away without being able to order. Other customers remained sitting inside. One of the employees let a DoorDash driver in and the manager was still making faces. We continued waiting at the door. Two customers came out with their orders and expressed how rude the manager was and how she was “talking junk.” When a different employee finally brought the rest of the order to the door, I asked who her manager was, and she said Christie. No one ever addressed me. No one ever apologized for the delay or mixup. No one showed any concern. The attitudes were totally unacceptable. The “manager” is a poor example of a leader and doesn’t need to work with customers that are the reason she has a job. Without paying customers, there’s absolutely no need of her job. My order still wasn’t correct. I just left in frustration with what I had at 9:14. I received a medium sweet tea, which they claimed they didn’t have, when my medium drink was supposed to be Fanta. Now this place just opened and when I say HORRIBLE SERVICE! I already stopped going to zaxbys because the closed one was on apalachee Pkwy. Thistle location was closer and new, so expectations were high. We get the intercom to make our order the young lady asks what's the name for the order, and my husband says stan. The young lady proceeds to butcher the name and laugh. Somehow we give our order get to the first window the young man asks for the name no stan order nowhere on the computer (@ this point in annoyed because the staff is nothing but teenagers). The young man starts the order over..I asked for a Kicken chicken meal the baby is obviously new to working and asked what did I want it tossed in 🤔 I asked is the chicken tossed in something other than ranch and hot sauce? He was confused and placed the order.. we get to the second window and I the young lady asks for a name... can you believe it no order with Stanley's name on it 😑 I had to give the young lady the receipt to show what was ordered. I purchased 1 big zax snack meal, 1 wings and things meal, 1 cheddar bites, and 1 chicken bacon ranch loaded fries w/ zax sauce instead of ranch. Ordered from the drive-thru and they repeated everything back to me correctly. They had us pull up to wait which was perfectly understandable. I should have checked the order before leaving but I didn't want to wake my sleeping toddler with the noise of a rustling plastic bag. The chicken and the cheddar bites were fresh and very good. The fries in each meal were unseasoned, cold and soggy, probably didn't get that way in the 15 minute drive home. For the loaded fries order, the person who took my order repeated to me that I wanted the ranch substituted for zax sauce, the receipt also says this. So why is there no sauce at all? They didn't even give me an extra sauce for me to add it myself.
