UPDATE: Next time still cut why offer it if you're just going to ignore it. Also I don't think I could have explained anything's any clearer I don't know what else I could tell you. And the link the store owner gave me didn't work. Also some consistency would be nice. One day there's barely any lettuce the next day there's so much lettuce I have to push most of it off, and I pay for extra avocado every time and rarely get it like today I don't think there's any on here at all let alone extra
They really need to figure out some sort of consistency, when you order a sub online there is a checkbox that says "cut in half" so that leads you to believe that the sandwiches are not cut normally, as part of your order. You have to request it to be cut, so why then even after I don't select it to be cut and I even go so far as to put "don't cut" for the name of the person ordering the sub and they still come cut EVERY TIME. Now I order from Jimmy John's specifically this location at least three times a week and this is super annoying please talk to your csr's and get everyone on...
Read moreI have to say this is by far the worst Jimmy John’s location that I’ve ever done business with. 1.5 hours for a delivery that is less than 3 miles away is truly unacceptable. After an hour of waiting the manager called me and stated that it would be another 30 minutes to an hour before I receive my food. She was unapologetic and didn’t possess any sort of accountability as a manager should. Hey I stated that I would like a refund and told her that I would be reaching out to corporate as this is the third time that this is taken place at her location. Magically after stating that she said somebody would bring my order over right away. Corporate really needs to visit the store and train the employees on how to conduct business professionally and in a timely manner....
Read moreThis was my first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. When I tried to ask a question about the menu, the staff member I spoke with didn’t seem very interested or helpful in guiding me toward the best options. I ordered a toast sandwich, but since they don’t have an oven, it was just heated on the griddle and didn’t come out toasted as expected.
On the positive side, the cashier was very kind and polite, even though their register wasn’t working properly. I ended up being charged twice, but I assume my bank will correct it in a few days.
Overall, I appreciated the friendly service at the register, but the lack of helpfulness from the staff and the food not matching expectations left me...
