The last few times I have been here I have had the same experience. I order a drink with no pastry, and about 5 people who ordered complicated drinks after me, received their order before me. Once I ordered just a black coffee, and I waited 25 minutes for it. I was the first person in line, there were 6 people behind me that ordered more complicated drinks, and each and everyone of them received their drinks first. I never reminded the barista that I was there. They simply handed me my drink and said "sorry for the wait". They were completely aware that I was waiting for a long time - for a simple cup of black coffee....

Food has been stolen from the counter and occasionally I will wait more than half an hour for a bagel and coffee. Quality of food is mediocre. I have spent much time waiting for food that has been taken or not getting my order due to...
