I try to avoid the library starbucks as much as i can , but sometimes the late night sessions call for some caffine . The few months i have ordered coffee here , IT ABSOLUTELY SUCKED ! The espresso was burnt , and not to mention the most recent time i visited this starbucks was 10/29/17 , my VENTI PSL was HALF FULL ... i am beyond pissed . I dont spend $12 on 2 venti PSL to get a tall’s worth of coffee . I dont know who trained these people , but they seriously need a refresher course .
UPDATE: i went down there to see if they could fix my coffee . Not only did they NOT apologize, but they remade them and one still has that burnt espresso taste , and the other one tastes literally like nothing ... i dont understand how they could mess up coffee...

I was asked if I wanted my pumpkin loaf warmed to which I responded No. Of course it was warmed. Sorry you’re stuck behind the counter serving students instead of studying to be something more...
