We came here for USF orientation. The staff were very friendly. This is an all you can eat dining hall and the initial impression of the food stations was positive. However, the food was unfortunately not good. It was just okay which was actually disappointing. This is run by Aramark. Definitely try this before you sign up for any dining plans to see if it’s worth it to you. Our student asked us to not buy a plan. The hall does get crowded during peak meal times. They did have options for people with dietary restrictions.

The burgers are only thing that I find are consistently appetizing, every once in a while I find somethingI really like. I added some photos of my favorite dishes. Post update: after 2 semesters with a meal plan I am glad to never have to eat there again. I’ve constantly felt dissatisfied with the quality of food and consistency. Wish there were healthier options that actually fueled you for success. The only things that were moderately appetizing We’re doused in oil. FYI, incoming students looks can be deceiving …

Been eating here since fall ‘22 and it’s been pretty okay. Food is usually good but I’ve had my bad experiences. Today, my bean burger was cold and there was a hair in my fries😔 I’ve also found plastic in my chicken sandwich before (pic related). On the other hand, the staff are always very nice and welcoming. Wish there were a few more vegan options

Okay let’s be honest... The food’s god awful. Every now and again you get something that actually taste good but it’s rare. They also have very limited options. Basically as follows; burger/fake chicken sand-which station, Burnt pizza, (Usually burnt), vegan options that most people don’t even care about, and something random they cook everyday. Unlimited bananas are the best thing to happen to The Hub. Also, I would say 7/10 employees at the Hub are angry, miserable people who don’t want to be working there so they take it out on students. It’s sad management doesn’t notice it. They hate their jobs and they serve food with the worst attitude. Other than that, it’s great lmao. Also, this is strictly a Review for The Hub. Juniper dinning is actually...

they make the food here like they have already sold it. no flavor or love goes into hub food. go to juniper dining instead, the food there is always wonderful. all the meat is dry, the sides are decent but most of the time overcooked, under cooked, or under seasoned. some of the staff are lovely people, and the service is decent. you can't really mess up serving kids food. overall, boooo. I feel like im getting scammed when it comes to the usf food program. it's so expensive & we hardly get benefits. Compared to other universities & even public colleges, the food program here is really bad considering the price. I see why they make it a requirement for...

food quality is not too great. they need more variety of food cuisines. once they had indian food and it was super unauthentic and tasted nothing like it should have. the service here is not good. 85% of the time when they serve rice the grains uncooked and hard as a rock. when i told them about it, the cook who made the rice got mad and literally yelled something at me while walking away. they do not care about feedback. the guy proceeded to tell me that he is a cook downtown and this is light work for him. he completely ignored the fact that the rice was not edible. my favorite place is probably the...
