Long line at drive-thru. After 5 minutes of waiting finally got to the order menu. Lady said she would be with me in a minute.
Noticed a long line in front of me , apparently there was some sort of customer issue. That took forever to resolve. After she asked me to wait a minute. I waited 15.
During those 15 man that's all vehicles in front of me were all gone. The entire drive-thru was completely empty. And I'm still sitting there with three cars behind me and 15 to 18 minutes later after initially being told to wait a minute , I'm still sitting there waiting for someone to come back and take my order.
Finally, I just decided to leave after realizing I've literally been sitting here for 25 minutes and then the the cars behind me started honking.
I know things happen. Especially with unruly customers. But at the same time you can't sit there until someone at the drive-thru you'll be with you in a minute and just leave them hanging for 10-15 minutes straight without coming back and saying something. Got at least come back on the mic and say, 'sorry for the inconvenience we're having an issue it'll be at least a 10-minute wait'.
When I drove off nobody at either window and the two or three people I did see they were appeared to be just wandering around putting cups away. This is completely unacceptable.
Don't waste your time stopping here, go a mile or two up the road East at the brand new Burger King that just opened which is what I did and was literally waited on and had my food and drove off in less...
Read moreStopped in today 9/18/24 thinking that I was going to place my order and leave. The drive through was backed up 5 cars. I decided to go inside rather than wait. Big mistake. Crew members consisted of 3 people. Manager 1 cook and 1 cashier. The cook was on his phone. The Manager stood in front. Cashier was very rude. I asked how long would the wait be, she said I don’t know, unfortunately I’m not a robot I can’t move as fast. I then responded with, I could tell you’re not a robot because robots aren’t as pretty. Giving her a compliment that went totally over her head. Then she asked if I wanted to order. I said I wasn’t sure. I was waiting to see how long it would take for the other orders to get ready. I didn’t want her to stand there and wait on me thinking that she could probably assist with completing the other orders. So, I suggested that she doesn’t wait for me to decide. She responded very rudely by saying, I have to stand here and then she walked away. Wow! The level of disrespect that I received today. I never go into this store and now I see why. Poor customer service all the way around from the Manager to the staff. Good customer service should...

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST SERVICE AND THERE MANAGERS NEED MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!
