Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tampa

While my pizza was made correctly and food was good, I have to rate this location one star for my recent experience with them! My first issue is that I was not able to do an online order like I used to the app said online ordering was not available for this location! However when I did the survey for my experience here I answered the question regarding how I placed and received my order and the survey asked did you know you can do online ordering at this location? This created a not so great customer experience as I always like to order online and pickup when done as I had done in the past! My next issue was when looking at menu online there is an EMB Meal Deal listed for $10 which comes with EMB Pepperoni Pizza, Breadsticks and sauce and a two liter beverage! When I placed my order with cashier they said they have a EMB Meal Deal but it does not come with the two liter!!! This added to an already not so great customer experience! I ask her to go ahead and give me the deal and add a two liter bottle of soda and I went ahead and paid for the order without complaint! Another issue is that the cashier did not give me my change which was $0.77 !! I waited in lobby for my order once it was ready I went to counter picked up my pizza and breadsticks then retrieved my two liter from cooler here is my next issue the cashier stopped me and said that I didn’t pay for a two liter and that they didn’t remember me being charged for it well I had paid for it and it was not only on the receipt on my pizza that she scanned before giving me my order but it was also on my receipt that the cashier gave me after paying for the order! This added to an already negative customer experience and also was not necessary! When I placed my order I was only one in the store and since there was a receipt on the pizza and I had a copy in hand there was really no excuse for this! By then their were three other customers in the lobby placing and waiting for their orders and it was embarrassing to me to be stopped and accused of not paying for my beverage! While she did apologize this reflects poorly on customer service! This could have been a five star visit as the order was hot and fresh but it was ruined by the combination of all the things that contributed to a poor customer experience! This experience was uncomfortable for me and I will more than likely not patronize this company...

Pizza was hot. The manager at this location over charged my card for a order I purchased he changed my card twice. I went into the store to speak with him about it. He didn't even know what to do to fix the problem so he tried to give me the run around for a week. When I went back into the store he actually tried to play me about my money and told me oh this happens all the time to other customers you just have to wait for the money to come back. Which it never came back on my card cause it was a final payment on their end. The store is stealing people money when making a purchase. Very unprofessional management. Please be aware when you spending with card at this establishment. The younger managers helped me by trying to do a refund of my money but it still hasn't posted on my account yet. He was very helpful and did his best to help me. But the other one doesn't know what he is doing and shouldn't be in the position of power. Something is shady with him. I will not...

What’s the point to order online if you still have to wait 40 mins in person !!! Not only me but other people where waiting for their pizza more than they should, they were behind in order and in one point the cashiers was arguing with a pregnant lady,when the lady was leaving the cashier said she should ask for her money back instead of complaining about the pizza, when the pregnant lady turned around and yelled from the door that they just needed to do their job! So you guys are telling me our wait time does not matter? “We just can get out money back if we don’t want to wait????” They got my pizza wrong and I asked for my pizza and they just remembered so they started making it…… I had a cold pizza and a hot one and my kids waiting for me at home….
