Ordered 1 day ahead for pick up next day, got there to pick it up and the order wasn’t ready, (pick up was confirmed for 7:45 am via email) “Supposedly” the order through OLO didn't show up until "later". OLO orders always give you a confirmation, even if it's for another day, it doesn't make sense to order ahead, and it shows up when it's time to pick up.
This is the 3rd order we have placed that's over $140+, and the previous 2 have been on time (with some issues and missing items) but on time.
You have rude employees, and one of them even said: "$140 and no tip?", then started packing everything quickly, throwing all food inside bags, with the lousiest attitude ever. Really? The tip culture has gotten out of hand. I believe in tipping, yes, but before getting my food? How am I going to tip someone if my service has not been completed? It's like driving a car blindfolded. Given today's service, was a tip deserved? We would have gladly given the tip on-site, but after today's treatment, that a big NO. (Lady with short blonde hair, no name tag is the one that was completing the order). I called to speak to the manager Joe, they put me on hold, and ever since 8:32 the phone has been disconnected. It is now 11:45 am, and the phone is still disconnected. Amazing how you treat your customers, disconnecting phones so we cannot discuss our experience and give you feedback that you clearly need.
Make sure you have your MOD's check orders before they leave at night, because the remark about "order just came in” yeah, not likely, if it was placed on time. I made my team come early today and they had to wait for their food, we do this every month, but I guess you don't want our business then. Get it together Denny’s, customer service in the restaurant business is CRITICAL and you guys are failing BADLY! DFO LLC, whom manages this location has been contacted directly.

We just got home from our visit this evening. The inside of the restaurant was freezing, and too cold for me to take my jacket off. Our waitress, Jennifer, took decent care of us while we waited for our food....of course, we had to wait so long that we had to get our drinks refilled before the food even got there. My partner ordered a skillet, which he said was fine (of course, he also eats 5 day old leftovers straight from the fridge, so he's not the best judge of what's good to eat). I ordered the country fried steak and eggs, with hash browns and extra gravy. We waited for about 30 minutes after we placed our order for our food to show up. When it did, I was disappointed that the toast didn't come with the rest of the food and the gravy was watery. The watery gravy was on my country fried steak, which was soggy. The side bowl of it was barely warm, and so thin it looked like soup. I asked the waitress about it and she said that she thought the gravy seemed thin, too, but that's just what they had in the kitchen and she couldn't ask them for anything else. I declined the offer for them to make anything else, partly because I didn't want to be there even longer and partly because it was obvious the kitchen was cutting corners and the waitress didn't feel she could ask them to fix botched food so who knew what I'd get served next time. Since I'm pretty sure that it's powdered gravy mix, I do wonder why they couldn't make any more. I got the distinct impression that they were low on gravy, and then when I asked for extra they just added water (and not even hot water) to the last of it because they didn't feel like making any more. When the check arrived, I had to point out that there was an $.89 charge for the watery, inedible gravy. Thankfully, that charge was removed which is the only reason there was any tip left, and that was mostly based on the drink service. We won't be back to this...
Read moreThe hard truth is that this Denny's location is not worth visiting. After having treatments at a nearby hospital, I visited this location and hoped it would be our regular stop for the next year or two. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good.
Service - After waiting a couple of minutes on arrival, a server told us they were short-handed and asked us to seat ourselves. She gave directions to the booth we were to sit in. No menus were provided until after we sat in the booth several minutes waiting.
We spent $40 for two breakfast meals and an orange juice. That is outrageously priced. When I mentioned that the Denny's near me in New Port Richey has specials that are provided in the menu, a server showed me those same inserts and told me they were advised not to provide them to customers. She said most customers know to ask for the special. That is shameful and unacceptable! The insert with specials should be provided to every customer who walks in the door. When I mentioned the specials were provided with the menus at my home town location, the server indicated the locations have the same owner. So, my only guess is this is a management issue.
Food - The chicken fried steak had a freezer burn taste as if it had been stored in the freezer much too long.
Toast - For goodness sakes, how can you mess up toast? Well, I can assure they can. I was served toast that was so dehydrated, it was more like a cracker. And there was no butter on the toast. I couldn't eat it. Terrible!
Eggs - The eggs tasted good and were cooked as ordered.
Has browns - They was undercooked, but still edible.
Overall, I would not consider spending anymore of my money for this service or food. It can't be excused that the menu inserts with specials were not being provided to customers. If what the server said is true (that they were told not to provide those special inserts with the menus), that is despicable and this location should be shut down.
Owner - Get this place in shape or...
