Worst experience I've ever had at any eating establishment. My fiance just got home after working a double shift and wanted something fast and tasty, so we headed on over to get some steaknshake. We ordered a frisco melt with small Cajun fries and a western BBQ with large Cajun fries with a Snickers shake and two sprites. Our order was repeated and it wasn't until after we paid that we were shown that our fries were never upcharged, but that was just the start. The drive through forgot the shake and upon looking at in the bag they only gave us one burger, it was a regular cheese burger. We went in to get the shake and our correct sandwiches and fries. We were given a new bag and when we went into the parking lot they gave us a western BBQ but with a different burger(a garlic this time, no frisco) but still no fries. We went in again to get the fries and once again were given an incorrect sandwich. The third time we went in the manager came out to talk to my fiance and gave him nothing but attitude. No apology, no empathy, no understanding. Just attitude as if we were waisting her time. Absolutely ridiculous. Considering the order was completely wrong three times the least that she could have done is apologize for taking up our time. We understand that with the pandemic things are especially tough for customer service businesses, but that doesn't justify the complete disregard to solve the simplest of issues with food mix up and then give us attitude because we wanted to make sure we got what we paid for. Never will I eat here again and I will be sharing my experience. Managers like this are why many places are continuously understaffed. Managers who refuse to take accountability for their mistakes and give attitude to innocent customers. I'd rate zero...
Read morefood was great very clean inside staff friendly and sweet they have a computer 🖥order screen which was both cool and frustrating as u can't custom order anything and because they don't have a person to help u when u have food issues and need to make sure u don't get cross contamination and to make the order not have gluten I my case u have to wait a long time til someone available to help u as you can't do anything on the screen which is pretty straight forward ordering like they think normal people can't use a normal pos system to order which is a million times better please fix the order thing to allow to remove items change items custom order or be able to write to staff what needs to be notified not all people can have gluten nor do they want cookies in mint shake which is great on own. also whip cream was weird chunky and tasted off but the rest food was great everyone loved what they got steak patties are amazing but can't order without the bread and I felt awkward holding up the line because no one available to fix what the machine can't do need to work out the kinks but I do like the new system other then the issues. Also I have a allergy to foam and all ur cups are foam more and more people are starting to get this new form of allergy due to the plastic our body takes in from our environment paper cups or plastic work well they only had very small cups at the drink machine we ordered combos to take on the road after we ate and what can't be eaten on road unfortunately for the kids they were stuck with little cups I had to bring in my own which was nice of them to allow as I can't do the Styrofoam. love the old feel of the hamburger and a shake feel of the 50s nostalgia with a new modern feel of future by ordering...
Read moreEvery time and I mean every time I come to this location the tall, bigger, black guy, green plaid shirt, with the glasses is EXTREMELY rude. (I was told he was the store manager, reluctantly by the girl with a name tag that said assistant manager). I was standing at their kiosk for five minutes because it wasn’t working while he actively avoided making eye contact. Finally he accidentally looked at me after taking the fries out of the fryer and I waved him down, he looked directly at me and proceeded to place the fries in the 2 baskets, walk around the counter to place the baskets on the tray and walk back around the counter to slowly make what looked like sandwiches. Several minutes later as the assistant manager was coming to ask if I needed assistance he goes “did you need help”. Idk what his problem is but he always has a nasty demeanor and he moves with zero sense of urgency. Last time I came in I ordered a Kit Kat milkshake, after waiting 10 mins I told him I had been waiting a long time(only 1 other person in the lobby) and he didn’t acknowledge what I said nor did he say anything to anyone else as I waited another 7 mins until the young man brought out the food for the other person. When I told the guy I had been waiting on my shake we went to grab it and handed it to me…mind you it was a Snickers shake(I ordered Kit Kat)but I didn’t take it back bc I had already been waiting ages. This is now my 3rd encounter with this man, the 1st being when I was given the wrong order and he got smart and acted like I was bothering him.
