Just finished the worst customer service call with the manager at this store Ben. Last night, i placed an order, never received the email confirmation nor was my card charged. I waited about 10m and replaced the order using another card. I instantly received the confirmation email and the funds charged to my account. My order arrived and a little while later it arrived again. This was all around 10/1030p last night, I figured I can follow up with the store in the morning. I called today around 2 and spoke with Ben explaining the situation he immediately asks me why I didn’t call the store. I advised it was late but I still have the entire pizza and side untouched I didn’t need two orders. He sounded flustered and explained the next time I order, they would charge it off. I called back to explain to Ben between the two charges it’s about $60 and I’d rather just have a refund. He again had a very sarcastic tone and stated it’s not as simple as “oh I’m just going to get you a refund!! I have to get higher ups involved” okay, you may want to. Because it’s an obvious glitch on your website that they should know about and it’s not my fault. We continued to to back n forth and every time I would speak, he would interrupt me so I started doing the same with him. He accused me of being argumentative but I let him know i actually felt he was. It was a lot of unnecessary and rude back and forth. I told him I wouldn’t be ordering from the store again so I wouldn’t have a need to use the free meal he offered. He asked me why I was mad and why I wouldn’t from them again? I felt it was inappropriate to ask and assume I’m “mad” I explained to him because of our whole entire interaction I would never purchase from dominos again. My first order was actually great, we enjoyed it and the delivery guy was nice. Ben on the other hand is very sarcastic and condescending. He was more focused on giving me a lecture about what I should have done in this situation instead of just fixing it. The calls are recorded and I also have a recording of the call. He let me know I’d be getting a refund in a few days but I’m just going to keep an eye on my account and dispute it if not.

Super upset with your service, a few days ago my daughters and their mom placed an order for delivery; When they saw that more than 1 hour had passed, they called the establishment 3 times and ended up calling me for me to call, turning out that they had lied and that the delivery had been delivered to another address... I called and spoke to the manager and he apologized and spoke. with the driver and send the order again, it was 8:30 pm and the second order had not arrived because my daughter called and they came out with an attitude but I had already done a review through these means they called my ex-wife they apologized and offered her that the next order would be free... today she called to redeem the order and the manager, a female with a lot of attitude, told me that the order had already been redeemed... I told her that it is not correct that the order had not yet been redeemed, They make the order but giving me an attitude and lacking respect... a restaurant where its customer service leaves a lot to say! If I were the owner or the regional director of that restaurant, I would fire all the staff from delivery to those who answer the phones because of that lack of professionalism and lack of love for work because businesses close due to incompetence. The app allowed me to place an order and then a team member called me to tell me they would not deliver to the house I was at because it is not a “safe neighborhood at night” and that’s it’s “too close to Belmont Heights.” (1.3 miles away, mind you). I normally order Dominos and live two minutes away from my friends’ home. I went over to my friends’ single-family home and wanted to order pizza to celebrate their move. Their street has nice homes that are kept up all down the surrounding block. Maybe historically there have been problems in this area, but it’s not fair or right to decline a neighborhood service forever based on old data. There are zero reasons to feel unsafe at this location in 2021. I would never want to put a delivery employee in danger but as a young single woman I went out to my car multiple times throughout Saturday night without any concerns. The borders of your pizza dead zone clearly need to be reanalyzed. They seem to be based on racial stereotypes instead of reality. Further, when I calmly expressed my disappointment, the team member hung up on me. As a long-time customer, I found it extremely disrespectful that they hung up on me midsentence.
