Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tampa

Bad service and took my money! Yesterday I ordered on the app a Box of Joe and 25 munchkins to take to my Krewe for float clean-up after the Knight Parade. When I got to Dunkin Donuts 15-20 minutes later I had to order an additional donut first and then went to pick-up. My order was not there, when I asked where was it they called over a woman, I guess the manager. She proceeded to tell me that they did not have any Box of Joes and she would refund my money. I asked why did the app take my order if you're out or someone contact me to let me know. "The app doesn't work like that." When asked what she was going to do I had a group that I needed to bring coffee to she rudely informed me, I said I would refund you your money. So I asked-can you at least give me 4 single coffees. She slowly moved and poured coffee. She put the coffee on the counter and then put a bag of sugars and creams together, did I mention how slow she was. I then asked where my munchkins were, she snapped back what do you think I am doing. I think I heard her rudely mock me when she was on the other side of the coffee machines getting the munchkins. She put the munchkins on the counter (maybe plopped is a better word) and turned around. No apology, I had to leave because I was late. So I had 4 (luke warm coffees), I was late because none of my order was ready, even the munchkins which they had, I have no refund so I have 4 coffees that cost $15.99 plus tax. I will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts and if they do not respond to my email complaint at corporate I will not be going to any Dunkin Donuts. Went to this location Saturday, November 27th because it was the only 24 hour DD. Walked in about 9:45pm and there were two employees working. Not one acknowledged myself or my daughter. I stood in front of the counter on the order side patiently waiting. One employee was changing the trash right in front of us, no gloves nothing. We stood there as she spoke to the other employee and completely ignored us. As I stood there with my daughter clearly the only two customers in the store. We were still not greeted, acknowledged, nothing. After about 5 minutes she said you have to order at the pick up side. I said ok and moved over to the pick up side where the other employee was. She also made no acknowledgement and turned her back to the drive thru. A third employee walked in while we were waiting, he also never spoke or acknowledged us. At that point I decided to leave before I said something rude and inappropriate. Also, I noticed not one donut on the shelf. So why they are open 24 hours I have no idea. The Krispy Kreme down the street had a line around the corner and now I know why. It’s ok they obviously didn’t want or value my business so not only will they not get my money, but I’ll leave this review as well so others will know just to go to another DD in Tampa or if it’s after hours, try...

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered my usual, 2 coffees. Not a difficult order you would assume. I order my first coffee and the lady seems confused. Then in a rude way says pull around. I’m not done with my order so I repeat my first coffee and order my second coffee. About 30 seconds goes by and the lady says rudely, pull around. She doesn’t verify the order and doesn’t give me a total. I pull up to the drive through window and the girl who helps us every morning who is very pleasant hands us our coffee. We ask her who the lady is on the headset because she’s rude. She told us her name is Daphne. We have already spoken to the manager about Daphne the last time she took our order because she was rude then as well. She obviously didn’t speak to her because her attitude hasn’t changed when taking customer orders. Daphne needs to be fired if this is the way she talks to all of your customers. She has no customer service skills, no people skills, no manners and obviously doesn’t need this job since she acts like her job is a joke.
