On Tuesday 6/14/22 at 5 pm I went to to the Taco Bell on 1605 W. Kennedy Blvd. since the line was so long I got distracted and like an automata by passed the ordering box, soon after I realized but it was too late because the car behind me was already ordering. After 20 minutes I made it to the window and try to explant. The girl in the window was very rude and without even letting me finish talking, she screamed at me saying that I need it to make the line again. I am pregnant and was really craving tacos so I go around and made the line again, ordering my 3 crunchy supreme tacos. When I got to the window for the second time to pay and grab my order another employee was there so I asked her what was the other girl's name. I guess she heard me and came back and told me her name was Kita, she was the manager there and she didn't care about me. She was being very aggressive so I try to start recording and that's when she cover her name tag and told me " I don't f3cking care, I will f3ck you up" and left to were ever she came back from. at this point was 5:40 pm. I got home so agitated that my fiancé wanted to call the police but I know that since she didn't physically attacked me not much was going to happen. Was waiting in line at drive-thru and when I finally made it to the box I was told the system was down for the next 15 minutes. I wasn’t happy with it but I was willing to wait. Within 30 seconds, I was told from the drive thru attendant to “MOVE” which I then questioned as I was willing to wait for the system to come up, I was then yelled at to “MOVE, YOUR IN THE WAY”. I immediately left, and went to MC’D’s next door. They had a line so I went back to Wends’s across from you all. I then watched car after car go through your drive-thru and race right out for about 20 minutes. This was 10:15 at night when I was told and about 10:45 when I was done with Wendy’s and your drive thru was empty due to what I would assume was “world class service”. just wanted to share this feedback on your “employee of the month” as she is “great”. Been stoping by for years. Will NEVER come back, even if you are the last place with food in the world. I bet I will get better service from The Reaper on my death bed than by your “great” employees. You get a one star since I can’t leave zero stars. Would love to hear back from you and would love to hear the reasoning behind this....
Read morethis was my first time here and it will be my last with how horrible this experience was. the guy with glasses and a gray shirt working late night was super rude (both me and my fiance saw him yell at a guy to go to the drivethru when he tried going inside). after getting interrupted multiple times while placing the order (including us asking if they had the auga frescas and being told they had no freezes only regular baja blast ????), i asked for a biscuit for my side with my meal along with a side of gravy. when we got our food (after he practically threw in into the car) it wasnt in the bag. we went back around to get it (we saw we werent charged for the gravy which i was fine paying for because i understand mistakes) and we got told they were out of biscuits, despite not being told that when ordering the food. as someone who works in fast food, this was absolutely unacceptable service. i understand the stress of the last couple hours of the shift of the day (we came two hours before close) but that doesnt excuse being rude, rushing people, and (pardon my language) acting like a dick to customers/possible customers. i hope that worker gets spoken to about his behavior and reprimanded...
