Placed an order to this location on 5/6/23 through UberEats for 2 large Deluxe Subs, and breadsticks. They got part of my order w!!!rong (seems they gave us someone else’s sub) we received 1 Deluxe Sub and some sort of Philly cheesesteak sub stuffed with tons of mushrooms). Called that very same night and the manager that worked asked for my email and assured me he placed something on my email for the next time i placed an ordered i could get my sub replaced. Ok cool. No problems. Fast fwd to today 6/14/23 around 9:20p i got to place my order over the phone, they bring the manager (a different person this time) to the phone as they stated the manager is the only person that can place the order. Immediately when he answers the line, HE RUDE !! Doesn’t even say hello ! Just smuggly comes on and says “what’s your phone number?!” After checking my phone number although i told him the last manager didn’t ask for my phone number, the last manager asked for my email! After not seeing anything under my number he finally asks for my email. I provide it and he tells me no one has any recollection of my issue from 5/6/23 and there’s nothing in their system. He proceeds to be rude and actually starts trying argue with me as if that’s something i really needed to lie about as if i wasn’t gonna be spending money anyways because the comp sub wasn’t all i was gonna be ordering !!! After going back and forth and him constantly trying to over talk me i finally just hung up on him ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...
Read moreI have been ordering from this location for some time now . An I have to say , this is by far the worst experience I have ever had . I placed my order at 11am on 1/4/24 , was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Well after an hour of my order not being delivered. I called this location and I was told that their systems are down . I said well it would of been nice if u let your customers know this . The so called manager on duty at the time said well I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Give us like 30 minutes and call us back . Well I called back well after 30 minutes, and the manager told me that my order is on the way . Well I got my order , and it wasn't what I asked for . The only thing they got right was the extra cheese. The crust wasn't what I wanted , the sodas r not what I asked for . An the pizza wasn't even in a heated bag when it was delivered. Read moreTerrible customer service. Wouldn't rate them any stars but wanted this to be seen. So apparently this store's menu items have different toppings than the other Hungry Howies. An employee that claimed to be the manager said their store is different. If this was truly a manager, she has a lot to learn about business, respect and customer service. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessiinal. We ordered a Howie Maui pizza which is suppose to be ham, bacon and pineapple but came with pepperoni. They said bacon at their store is a premium item and not their version of a Howie Maui and refused to fix our order. I explained if it different then why don't they advise of the difference when the order is placed? Wouldn't answer that question. Nothing resolved....
