The food is decent but the customer service is terrible. The employees have only shown that they actually do their work when the big bosses are around. On a couple previous night time visits the employees were joking around on Snapchat and being obnoxiously loud.. And just last night a person that I would assume is a manager or possibly a regular employee shows up in regular clothing which I'm thinking is off the clock. Is making orders not even in uniform. And to be honest I don't really think it's all a big deal but how am I as a customer supposed to know if that's just a manager or a regular employee, because I was standing at the front only to ask for a bag just to be glanced at a few times and not even any decency to ask.. just stare and continue to make a person's order. I understand if it's your regular job.. But it doesn't make you look good as a new McDonald's yo show up and work in sweatpants and a jacket without even wearing a cap on your head.. it's unprofessional. The food is the only upside but even at that they don't even offer you bbq sauce or give you any most of the time. And I've tried to give this location multiple chances but they are sloppy and as I mentioned before only seem to work when the big bosses are around.. other than that I truly dislike service here. I can go to Florida avenue and be bombarded by the drunk people nearby but receive better service at that location because even at that I will still get customer service like I want. And eat my food without my stuff missing. Supervisors and bosses need to seriously do popup or secret customer visits here at the new Armenia location.. because otherwise the reviews will continue to be terrible and your employees will ruin this...
   Read moreMarque sign says Filet of Fish 2 for $5 so I pull in and order, told to pull up for total. When I get there my fish and med fry are $11.79. I said the fish are 2 for $5 and was told that the offer ended 2 days before. I said your sign is advertising it for that, and the girl yelled to the manager that I was arguing about the fish. I was told to drive up to the next window. Lady opened the window, stared at me and said "what's the problem?" Seriously how unprofessional, I explained that the sign showed current specials, which she was staring directly at, with the fish being one of them and was why I stopped. She said well that ended on the 30th and there wasn't nothing she could do about it. I told her it was false advertising and she said that they didn't have control of the sign and had called to have it changed but corporate gets to it when they do. So if you're a manager and realize that this is unjust and is going to cost you a customer, do you do a manual override or screw your customer. Well this location could not care about customers, just closed the window in my face. Have been here several times, no customer service skills starting with management down. Seriously slow drive thru, incorrect orders and handed out drive thru window by a protruding arm. Oh and forget about a napkin or any condiments you might need . It may be a new location and really close to home, but I won't be back. This Caspers location is a corporate let down, definitely not worth it!    Read moreThis morning I went through the Drive in for breakfast to oder 2 meals, That can't have eggs the lady making the order just heard my first order when I was going to tell her the second one she just said with attitude go to the first windows, I told her I have another order , she ok, go to the windows.. wow just like that... So I told her why she didn't want to hear my second oder? She siad, I was charging the customer and I couldn't do two things at the same time. Will there should be two people working in the Drive in,,,, she just wanted to know what was my second oder,, after I told her 2 different things about it was wrong what she did.. she said sorry.. Will to get to the End , on the second windows I ask the a lady if she the manager she didn't want to answer me.. I ask her 2,or 3 time..... In tell she answered and I explain what happened and she totally didn't care.. You see we people or in a car trying to buy something from them in a hurry and they are make our day off and stressful P.S. from the bigging I said the my order shouldn't have any eggs right, will after I got to the hospital to take the meal to my mom that she is hospitalized and the meal was for her , I see Eggs in both meals. That made me mad for real.
