PLEASE VALUE YOUR LONG TERM GOOD WORKERS! STOP REPLACING THEM! đ€ If I see one more of my favorite employees gone... I will get everyone I know to give this location a 1 star.
Too many good employees being replaced by new people... only 1 or 2% of the employees have been here a long time. The rest are brand new. đ
Jaycee is a bit of a bully to customers and judges what people order. She just straight up says rude things to the customer when they're ordering. Very unprofessional. She is the one with red dyed hair. She reminds me of what a high school bully would be like. I can tolerate someone being new or not realizing they're being rude, but she knows... she is rude. She's a newer worker, too. I didn't speak up enough and advocate for myself. It's not like I eat poorly, but even if I did, she can judge me in her head, not to my face. I wish management would speak to her and correct it because I don't want to have to advocate for myself next time. She even said, "__(OG worker) is going to love making this one" (sarcastic tone and laughs at me and talks about me to her coworker).
My star review will keep declining until the issue is fixed. I started this review at a 4 star rating... Now it's at a 2 star as I see even more new employees with some treating me poorly.
I love this starbucks and it's employees that have been here the longest. However, I need management to step up and be better by not driving my favorite employees away. Management has changed multiple times and I have been to this Starbucks on the regular. You have a choice! The employees make or break the Starbucks. You may not think so, but it matters to a lot of us. I love being greeted by the same wonderful people who know me so well and know my order. We aren't friends, but to a degree it feels like it because I see them all of the time. You've already driven away multiple of my favorite employees and I will advocate for them. I'm not one for confrontation, but I do need to stand up for those who aren't being treated well enough. When the original Brad was manager, things were so much better. Unless you start to be more like him, I don't think this Starbucks will be able to keep it's employees. Please advocate for the employees here. They're not replaceable.
Do NOT auto reply with a generic reply or tell me to contact you somehow. Directly speak to management about this. My review will begin to decrease if the issue is not resolved asap. Thank you!
Update: Look below... the general reply from Starbucks... aka management...
Read moreWorst Starbucks experience Iâve ever had. DO NOT order the beyond breakfast sandwich unless you like them burnt. My coworker and I decided to stop for a quick breakfast before a two hour drive down south. After I received my sandwich, I thought I smelt something burnt but thought maybe it was inside the store. After letting it cool I pulled it out and it was burnt right on the top. How did they not notice!? I decided to call the store manager and she told me that âthey have been having issues with the beyond breakfast sandwiches and theyâve been burning and that if I came back later they would make me a new oneâ⊠what!? So you know that the sandwiches are burning, you see that itâs burnt, but youâre still deciding to let people order it!? Not only that, but they couldnât refund me unless I went back to the store, which is completely out of the way. I came to this location because it was convenient, Itâs not a location I frequent or even live close to. I already wasted my time and money on a burnt breakfast sandwich at this poorly ran location, I wonât be returning. I asked for corporates phone number and when I dialed, it was the wrong number. Wow shocker. So I found the number online and gave them a call. Corporate was extremely helpful and let me know they would be looking into...
Read moreI am a Starbucks lover and have been drinking it for over 20 years as one of the first locations opened in my home town. I love Starbucks and their employees!!
The same can not be said for this location, by far the RUDEst employees I have encountered in the past 20 years. There was a $5 gift card offer for prepackaged Holiday coffee - I purchased the Thanksgiving Blend and after checking out I realized I had not gotten the gift card. I asked the lady at the counter and she apologized and proceeded to refund and rering the purchase to add the gift card. She had some trouble with it and after 5+ minutes of her co-worker sitting there watching her struggle with it she said "oh the Thanksgiving doesn't count as a Holiday coffee". Well I was under the impression that Thanksgiving was actually a holiday. The employee who may have been a manager smirked and went back to making coffee with no apology. The woman who had been helping me did say she was sorry, but even before that she had been very deadpan for the entirety of the transaction. It's a $5 coffee you can at least fake a smile. Just overall bad experience and they seemed annoyed to be bothered...
