The food is great, but I recently moved, ordered food from them, they brought it to my old address. No big deal, keep the food, because it will be cold and gross by the time I get it, I call and tell her I want a refund, I payed with my card. Well lo and behold, the money comes back. $32.00 . So I call again, she said her credit card company says three to five days, I've never had it take that long but sure, I'm not unreasonable. Well finally after ten days, with no refund pending when I checked, she says ok come down I'll give you the money and cancel the refund ( that she never did) so I drive across the city. When I get there she gives me some bs about how she just spoke with her credit card company and I won't get my refund until the 15th of next month! Oh hell no. I had to threaten her with writing a letter to the Tampa Bay times, and reporting her to the better business bureau, and consumer protection, needless to say she changed her story real fast, and gave me my money. It was incredibly unprofessional, inconvenient, and super annoying. So much that I could only give one star. But honestly, with the exception of them trying to keep my money, to the food is really good. The delivery guys are always nice. I recommend the food, I highly DON'T recommend paying...

I've been in here about 10 times prior to the most recent two (and last) occasions, and never had any issues.

I was in a couple of weeks ago and ordered the General Tso combo as I always do. When I got home, I dug in and after a few bites, I realized there was no chicken underneath the breading. I checked everyone just to make sure. I didn't call or try to return the order (because I was starving). I just wrote it off as a bad batch of chicken from their distributer. I went in today and ordered the same thing. I politely tried to explain to the woman behind the counter that there was no chicken underneath the breading last time and to please check the chicken this time. She refused to let me get the whole thought out of my mouth after several minutes, as she kept cutting me off. All the while, she had a stupid smile on here face as if she stopped me from getting one over on her. I had no intention on asking for a discount or anything remotely close and I didn't even complain, but after the back an forth, I told her to forget it and left. Food was spectacular. The owner, Robert, took very good care of me. This was my first experience ordering from the restaurant. I did an order for delivery of egg drop soup, spring rolls, Moo Goo Gai pan, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mein, and Chicken Pad Thai. Everything was absolutely delicious. He even makes these delicious fried rice noodles but they are fat and delicious, not like the skinny ones you get at other places that have been sitting around forever. They were hot n fresh. I also ordered 2 sides of chili oil and, man, I've never had chili oil this good! If you order it, don't be fooled cuz this stuff will knock your socks off. Just what I like! So if you order from this place and like the food, like I did, please take the time to give this man and his restaurant a good review. He's out here trying to make a living just like the rest of us.
