We have been in this store multiple times in the past couple of months as we plan our renovation, and the selection and service are just outstanding! The staff is so knowledgeable about everything they carry, and will quickly print out spec sheets for anything you need. They are well trained in the computer systems too and are able to pull up info on additional options/sizes instantly. Just really nice people in there... we haven't experienced such genuine kindness in similar stores. The large comfy table and chairs in the center full of catalogs is very helpful too, as it shows everything that they are able to get for you, and not just what is in the store. My experience from shopping for the various light fixtures and fans that I needed for a whole house /new construction at this store was phenomenal ; everyone delivered great service and was very helpful. Corey went above and beyond to ensure that all was taken care of, his customer service skills are exceptional and I command him for that; he was very professional, patient and understanding when and if an issue arise whether it’s with shipping or from the manufacturer’s end. The installation team Is phenomenal as well as the managers who got involved helping with any delays or problems. I highly recommend this store and will be back every time in the future for my lighting...

Yesterday I found the greatest light store! They have the most incredible showroom and you can also order online. I worked with Designer Susan, she was amazing! They have so many designs/styles that come in small, medium and large sizes, and different colors. They also have fans and a clearance room. I bought my new ceiling and kitchen lights from them, and couldn’t be happier!! I’ll definitely go back because they also have furniture and decor as well!
