Wawa — Restaurant in Tampa

While the staff are friendly it seems that none of the staff were able to restore power to the building. The fact that we don't have a industry leading competitive electric restoration team at wawa is kind of pathetic. If wawa really wants to be cutting edge in florida they need some wire snippers and some electrical training. I mean truly I know that there's experience needed to be hired, and to think we didn't hire the litteral grandfather of electricity or a MIT masters honor graduate to make sure the fusion reactor living off of only 8 inch sandwiches is running? awful. If it wasn't for the fact I see a generator outside providing minimal power and lighting I would personally demand this waste of atoms be sent straight to space, to infinitely drift among the void of the cosmos in a deep cold and penitent silence forever to know nothing but frost and radiation hoping to eventually be ripped asunder by a blackhole. (This is a joke)

One star for service on the people who made our drinks. Both me and my sister had separate orders (both with hot chocolate) and when we received our drinks it said “Expresso Pitcher” and we all tasted coffee in our hot chocolate. Neither of us added coffee to our hot chocolate nor did it show on our receipt where we paid for them. When we brought it up to the attention to the people making our drinks after we received them it sounded like the one more in charge was explaining to the girl that she wasn’t supposed to put coffee in them. After standing for 5 more minutes (AFTER she said they would remake them) she said that the girl didn’t add coffee in them and that if we wanted a new drink we would have to re-pay. Why should we have to re-pay because you made our drink wrong? She just said that because I think they were lazy and didn’t want to remake it. I come to this Wawa most the time because it is the one nearest my home only to be met with rude service, I order through the app whenever I do get food it is never ready. This morning the store was closed because they only had 2 employees inside. I’d already ordered my food through the app a bagel and sausage biscuit. When I realized the store was closed I called inside to request that I pick my order up at a later time I was told no! Call corporate for a refund. I explained i could show someone that id already paid, and because my order is small it shouldn’t be a problem. She told me that they don’t have time for that so I asked her name she yelled I already gave you my name and hung up. I called to ask her name again this time I could look through the window as I’m sitting outside and see her stomping and yelling into the phone then hanging up.
