Service at the drive threw from the start is horrible. I pull up. I do not get greeted. I always have to wake them up by saying hellooo. Then when i get to ordering they cut me off by saying is that it.. Like im on their time. Not only are they unprofessional but the crew is distuging. Im mkaing my order all i hear is someone sneezing in the speaker. Which makes me not even want to order anything else. When i get to the window, the cashier is grabbing the payment while talking trash about the people behind me ordering. What they may have been doing to me when you think about it. They're very rude and forgetful. No receipts given after transaction is finished and the food, smh i dont know whats worst. The food or the customer service. There is no reason why the cheese on the chili chese fries should be so cold that quick unless its been sitting there already. Night shift manager Robin do not have control of employees. Its like they hire anyone. Employees: Aniya and Vinquish were very rude and unprofessional. When i asked for the manager name they then asked me what was the problem. Like they had attitudes because i wanted to speak with someone over them. I told the manager she really has to get better customer service in there. She politely apologized because she knew i was going to call corporate if she responded any other kind of way. I have worked on Kennedy going on 5 years so i am very familiar with this place of business. Seems to me its getting worst every visit. I barely go there ever since i witnessed one of the employees tell one customer if they dont like the service to go across the street to Mcdonalds which was extremely out of pocket. For god sake this is Kennedy. People should present themselves way better than they do here at this location. Very embrassing and disappointing. No respect...
Read moreGiving 3stars bc we do love Wendy’s BUT in this location the staff is rude and super slow especially the other night on the drive through line. It was around 8pm during the week. They asked us to pull over bc the order wasn’t ready (that was a 1st) but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that they left us sitting there, forgot to come over to our car with the food, and then when we went back online, they caught a big attitude with us when we asked for a refund. So we turned around and went to McDonald’s which is right across the street :))
Edit: went from 3 stars down to one. Some employees are rude some are also nice, of course but one thing that is consistent is that it’s never a pleasant experience here at this location. Went to the drive through and our order was totally wrong, this was before we even paid, so the sweet cashier got the person who took our order to fix it. We pay. Go to the next window & get our food & it was still wrong! Went inside and asked for a refund. The manager was professional about the error, it just never fails, every time at that location, something is wrong. Even the quality of food tastes different!! Bizarre! One lady argued with me over the size of a drink & was quite sarcastic about it. I got a kids meal. So when I ordered a small drink for myself, I got the largest one & she gave me a small for the kids meal. I never asked to upgrade my kids drink. She was just nasty! I wish I knew her name. Save your time, money and peace of mind and don’t go here! The owners...
Read moreI placed a mobile order at around 10:15 PM, and then entered the drive-thru at about 10:23 PM. I ended up being parked next to the speaker for 15 whole minutes before a human being spoke, apologizing for the wait. I understand that it's a Friday night, but there were only two cars in front of me, and it took 15 minutes just for a human to say ANYTHING. I would have gone somewhere else if it weren't for the fact that I placed my order online. I eventually got to the window and did get my food. My order was correct, although first they tried to give me someone else's order (not a big deal). Of course there wasn't a fork in my bag despite getting something that you'd expect a fork to be given with... But I didn't notice until after I exited the drive-thru, and wasn't about to wait another half hour just for a fork. The fact that they did NOTHING to make up for my wasted time is why I give the service 2 stars. I could've gone to the McDonald's across the street (which I have gone to on Friday nights plenty) three times over with the time it took me to get through the drive-thru at Wendy's. There was no "we apologize for the long wait, so we threw in a cookie" or "since your food has been sitting for so long, we will cover part of the cost." Paying $11 for unseasoned dry fries, which tasted microwaved in oil rather than fresh or fried, soggy honey BBQ chicken nuggets, and an actually good frosty, was deeply disappointing. With today's economy, I expect to get my money's worth now more than ever....
