Bubbly Tea Cafe (Tamuning) — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

I just came from there and I’ve always loved everything here. I’m standing at the register trying to redeem my birthday rewards, however they couldn’t due to me not updating my old number to new number which I understood like okay no worries. It takes a day to verify the old account. However I remember I did update this already and registered my new number… I pulled up my birthday text message and my cashier ended up redeeming it after calling my new contact number to verify. Apparently it was just a misunderstanding and she wasn’t supposed to redeem my new number no matter if it was in the system. Jan or I think that’s her name, a bit of an older lady… I think the owner because I remember her since dededo or when they first opened tamuning. She tells the cashier in front of me and another customer present… didn’t I tell you this before you can’t redeem until I approve — again I understand. But she proceeds and tells said cashier in front of me that’s coming out of you, you guys are gonna pay for that because I’m not paying for it. She didn’t have to be rude, I paid anyway because we travelled from the southern end just for a bubbly tea craving but her customer service was definitely frowned upon on this beautiful Sunday. It was literally nothing to make a big deal of I just felt she could’ve handled that behind closed doors or had someone else take over to correct the mistake with the cashier elsewhere. Again just a rant I still happily paid my drinks and walked out still loving it. Just wish customer service from Jan would’ve been more polite to not just me the customer but her employees as well....
