Uncle Felix Sub Shop — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

10/28/25 around 4:30pm. I understand we came close to closing time, but we wanted to support this local business after seeing a positive review on TikTok and I was so excited. The food was good but the customer service wasn’t there. The young lady taking our order seemed very mad and spoke every word as if she hated us. You can hear it in her tone. Idk if that’s just her, but I could sense the negative vibes. I get it’s annoying to serve customers before closing, but you don’t have to take it to that extent. We have worked in food service before too and while we were annoyed at last minute customers as well, we didn’t treat them like crap because we weren’t raised to be like that. After taking our order, we sat down at one of their tables waiting for the food and the staff making the food kept slamming things around very loudly and angrily to the point that my sister said she wanted to go wait outside because it felt so angry in there. We were very kind and respectful to them so we don’t understand why we deserved to be treated like that. I will be telling my family and friends about this...

looked at all the reviews & i was daring someone to give this place less than 4 stars. the food is 100/10, amazing. i wouldn’t consider their meals “expensive because it’s filling, & it’s absolutely delicious. got some lunch for my coworkers & myself, & they all wanted to know where i got the food. i then recommended it to every one of my coworkers. service was absolutely spot on, & of course, you can’t rush cooking or it won’t be great, so i appreciated them taking their time with my order. the atmosphere is such a vibe (for gen z/gen alpha). i definitely recommend everyone to try the food at this restaurant at least once. the only thing i wish was better is the parking (that’s if people parked in the correct booths 🥲). lastly, i was too caught up in the moment & forgot to take pictures…as well as forgot...

Uncle Felix’s is the place to go for burgers!!! We’ve been a few times now and we have loved it every time.

The first time I got a sandwich and the sandwich bread is too thick IMO. The filling was good I got the pickle lover tuna and it was good but not on the bread. Pasta salad was also very tasty however the homemade hand cut Fries are the SUPERIOR side!

The second time I got a burger and it was much better than the sandwich.
