We went during Easter and it was a last minute trip. They had an awesome Easter egg word scramble hunt for the kids. They had to find eggs with letters on it throughout the underwear water world building, when they found all the letters, they had to unscramble the letters to find out where the golden egg was. The prize was a variety of things they set out on the table. Went from slime, a slither plastic snake, to a nice stuffed animal and several other items. The aquarium itself was nice to see. You walk into like a cave and then you get to the water tunnel where the sea animals can swim beside or above you. As you go further in it changes to little tanks throughout (of course for safety purposes of the sea animals) . It’s a bit out dated (the building itself and the tanks could be cleaner, but it was a great experience considering the COVID conditions now. If you pay an extra fee, you can even go into the tank and let the sea animals- I thought that was awesome.. now it’s best to schedule an appointment online because it’s a faster paying process when you get there.. we did not know you had to schedule an appointment so we waited twenty minutes or so in order to pay and go in. They said they do appointments because of the new COVID-19 rules and they have to make sure that they’re meeting the proper amount of people in the facility as well as being safe. My kids had so much fun!! Definitely somewhere to take the kids especially after the Covid-19 lockdown situation... I hope this was much help to you.. oh yeah to egg hunt it was an extra $5.00 on top of the fee. However if you have a Guam license or ID you get a discount. The hunt was for all ages, I saw some adult tourists doing the hunt as well.. I gave it a 4 star because there was no one actually inside the tunnel area (workers) to remind those guests of social distancing or keeping their masks on. Other then that, it was a nice family...
Read moreGiving five stars because of the seatrek experience! We haven’t been home (to Guam) since we left when I was about 3 years old due to my dad being in the military, so I made my mom do it with me and she was super nervous about it! But the divers were super fun to be around and made sure everything went smoothly and that everyone was safe and having fun! The experience was so amazing and I loved being able to be so close to the sea turtle and able to touch it, I LOVE sea turtles! If we were staying on Guam longer, I would have taken up dive classes somewhere, but this was such a great alternative! I even got a little shark tooth from one of the divers there! The pricing for videos and images can be pricey, but well worth it, this isn’t an everyday opportunity for most people. I went with the most expensive package so my mom and I had all the videos and images to look back on and show our family state side. This aquarium in general is a cute little place to go with the kids, I highly recommend visiting if you’re here for a little while. Read about the marine life and see the beauty of it as well! Shout out to the divers - YALL ARE...
Read moreThis place is a waste of time and an absolute disgrace. Not an aquarium at all, it should be described as an overpriced fish tank. The ticket price is astronomical, even before factoring in the bottom tier quality and amount of aquatic life. I paid $30 USD for an adult ticket and $20 for my 4 year old, and walked through with another toddler in tow in less than 10 minutes. We’re used to spending hours at the aquarium, for far less cost. The place was cold, dark, run down looking, and smelled. When we arrived at the gift shop in the end, I asked the clerk if I had missed a turn or that was really it. So disappointing. The attached resort hotel gives free admission to the “aquarium”, and asks for reviews, which sadly distorts the true story to this...
