매장에 들어갔으나, 손님이 좀 있었던 관계로 어프로치 하는 스탭이 없었습니다. 일본에 있는 남자친구 선물로, 남자 라이톤 신발만 사고싶었고 사이즈도 알아갔던 관계로 재고만 물어봤으면 됐어서 다른 손님 계산 끝나는 걸 기다렸습니다.
나이가 좀 있으신 안경낀 여성 스탭에게 (한국인인 줄 모르고) 영어로 실례하지만 좀 도와달라고 했습니다.
그분은 저를 따라오다가 다른 사람에게 가서 도움이 필요하냐고 물었습니다. 그리고는 그쪽에서 도움이 필요없어보이니 다시 제쪽으로 왔는데
제가 라이톤 신발 사이즈 물어보려고 한다고 하는데, 다른 손님에게 그와중에 한국어 하시길래, 다시 한국어로 한국어가 가능 하냐고 물었습니다.
그분은 그렇다하고, 제가 라이톤.. 말하려고하니까 “왜? 뭐?” 라고 하였습니다. 저는 괌에 오래사신분이어서 한국어가 서툴어서 그럴거라고 이해하려했으나, 그분의 태도 자체가 좋은 태도가 아니었고, 여기는 남성 신발이라고 건들건들하며 대답하였습니다.
저는 알고있고 선물이라고 사이즈를 요청하였습니다. 구찌 사이즈 uk9/280 을 구매하려고 “이거 uk사이즈 9가 280이냐고 물었으나” “ 사이즈 8.5가 280이지만 9도 신는다. 그런데 이것은 uk사이즈가 아니라 us사이즈” 라고 하였습니다
제가 알고있기로는 구찌 스니커즈 uk사이즈로나오고, 만약us 사이즈라면 10 이라 헷갈려서 다시 물어보았으나, us사이즈이며 9가 280이라고 하였습니다.
결국 9를 사오고, 280인것을 인터넷에서 다시 확인하였습니다. 솔직히 아주 짜증났습니다. 실수할수는 있지만, 사이즈 응대도 엄청 건성으로 하였고. 많은 한국인 손님에게 시달렸는지 모르겠지만, 저는 들어가서 사이즈 하나 요청하는것밖에 없고. 구찌 매장에서 이렇게 불쾌한 경험은 처음이었습니다.
계산할때, 제가 그렇게 반말로 응대하는거 아닌것같다고, 기분이 좋지 않다고 하니. 손님한테 그럴리 없지 않느냐 자기는 그런적 없다 그러나 죄송하다 한숨쉬면서 기분풀라고 하였습니다.
제가 무슨 거짓말로 지어내서 컴플레인 하는 것도 아니고... 구찌의 직원관리에 대해 엄청 실망했습니다..
Worst shopping experience ever........It’s not h&m,zara it’s Gucci!!!!!
When I entered, every staffs was busy to assist existed customers. I waited for them, and found one staff finishing off the transaction, and I approached her to ask assistance.
I asked her politely in English if she could help me. She started to follow me, suddenly approached another customer if they need anything, and it seems like they don’t need any assistance, so she came to me. I tried to understand her distraction because there are lack of shop assistants.
I found out that she was speaking Korean, so I ask if she is a Korean, and able to speak Korean.
In mens area, I tried to ask her stock for Rhyton.
I said “that Rhyton...” And she replied back to me in Korean very rudely. and She said “SO WHAT” In Korean And “do you know its menswear?”
In my mind it was like (‘Oh, sh......I know and give me size!!!!!’) Why is she being just RUDE and not listening what I was going to ask!!!!!
Again, I tried to understand if she was not able to speak full Korean, but after all, I found that she was fluent like other Koreans.
And one more, I already know what size to buy, I asked her uk9/280 in Korea size. She told that Gucci 8.5-9 size is 280cm in Korea, but she tried to correct my wording, saying it’s US Size.
I knew it comes in UK size, and asking her, confusing, “if it comes in US size then should I need US10? She replied me back “ it’s US size and 9 is 280.” And she was so distracting while answering it to me. MAKE ME SO CONFUSING!!!!!
And at the till, I told her, “you know you’re being so rude? And you mentioned ‘so what.’”
And her response was “How can I act like that to the customer? It couldn’t be, however sorry if I make you feel bad” and she sighed...
She treated me like a liar, and didn’t look really sorry. Oh yeah, I could misunderstood her but putting aside the word ‘so what’, she looked like so untrained, not professional.
I know it’s stressful area, many tourists, but that’s not enough to understand her attitude. And can’t understand I just experienced that in one of luxury...

Every higher end store you can think of is in this “mall”. I was soooo intimidated by the atmosphere and would have left but they had AC and free WiFi!
I will say all of the sales associates met were extremely nice to me after I straight up told them I was not buying anything and it was too much. They still offered for me to try things on and some even laughed with me about how outrageous some of the prices were 😂

It was my first time entering the food and alcohol area. The customer service was well projected, staff was very welcoming, they knew so much about their products and knew very well how to treat customers. What only bothered me was their layout and decorations in the area. You would expect an eye catching looking place and a very clean area. I’ve noticed the dirty spots on the carpets, how old the carpets looked and the amount of dust on the shelves . Overall best experience , just hope this area can be more focused on,...
