The hostess warned us about cross-contamination with meat in vegetarian dishes. So, that's good to know.

We ordered what looked the most vegan and vegetarian: one vegetarian enchilada platter (no rice b/c of chicken stock, no sauce on the enchilada b/c it was a meat based sauce and no cheese for keeping it vegan) AND one vegetarian burrito.

Good stuff: Freshly cooked veggies in my enchilada.

Not so good: Except for beans, the enchilada platter was very little by way of portion size. No vegetarian enchilada sauce. No substitutions for the rice with Guacamole No salsa or any garnish. I don't know if anything fresca is a no-no in authentic Mexican cuisine. The veggie burrito was a joke. Tiny 👎🏾 Beers are about $6 / bottle.

I don't recommend this place for either vegetarians or vegans. It may be okay for meat eaters. We are not.

Too damn expensive for the little food you get. Go to Taco Bell or Subway if you're vegan/vegetarian, pressed for time, you're hungry and it's a Sunday - most other establishments offering vegetarian/vegan...

This is such an easy rating: 5 stars on everything! I came with a bus load of people, arriving around 6:15 pm. Many places would have looks of terror on their faces, but the Guadalajara Grill made us feel immediately welcome. They quickly brought another person to the front (having 2 or 3 taking the orders) and not only were our orders taken quickly, the food was served quickly. Everything was outstanding. Be warned though: the fried ice cream is HUGE and large enough to easily feed 4 people. One of the BEST things I saw: after our group of 45-50 arrived and were in the process of ordering, a local family came in for dinner. One of the waiters immediately took them to the front of the line to place their order. I appreciate establishments that serve their regular/usual customers first. As a member of a large group, I would hate feeling my large group had to go first just because we were there first. Common sense and kindness is so...

Very disappointed with the customer service and the very dangerous lack of responsibility for food allergies. After placing an order and specifically asking if there was any red chile, which for me is a trip to the urgent care, there was in fact tons of it included in the dish. I realize this is New Mexico and a lot of places do spice their food with red chile, because it is amazing, but to be told very rudely that it does not have any, and finding out after eating it and having a reaction that it did, is absolutely irresponsible and dangerous. After talking with the manager, who still denies there was any in the dish even though we have photos with visible red chile flakes, would still not take responsibility and offered a credit for the one dish. I love Guad but this is enough not to go there for a long while. Be very careful if you have food allergies, it's not...

I got the recommendation to visit here for food from the Taos Pueblo registration desk. I was given the recommendation by a staff member to try the tacos, and after being overwhelmed by their extensive menu, I ended up ordering the tacos carnitas. I was honestly underwhelmed by this Mexican food. The pork was fried and was very dry. The seasoning overall was lacking and I was not a fan of their salsa -- it tasted like watered down marinara sauce. One redeeming quality was the taco shells, which were pan-seared and doubled up. And the refried beans were good. I also ended up ordering a small horchata drink which was okay but very very sweet. But given how extensive their menu is, I may have just chosen the wrong dish and may not be a true representation of this restaurant.
