Jin Jin Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Tarboro

My order was made wrong I decided to just get a refund and the taller man there just wanted to argue and be rude told me I needed to learn how to place my order and that I ordered the food wrong I order the same thing everywhere I go seasons seed chicken and cream cheese wontons the sauce was red and they gave me pork wontons when I told him he says to me that Chinese food is different every where you go I did not feel like arguing so I told him I’m not going to be combative with you and argue because that’s not what I do the man just kept on being rude to me and fussed at me saying because he remade the wontons he just going to throw the food away etc the women refunded the money supposed to my card o told her thank you and as I walked out the man was still fussing for no reason by his self they will never get my business again and I was a first time customer I do not recommend anyone go there and there no one was wearing gloves only two people had on a mask they where warming food up in the microwave and there is a oder of some sort...

This is our fourth time ordering food from Jin Jin. We actually we're not going to try it because we read some poor reviews. This is far and away the best Chinese food in the area as we have tried them all. They do the basics very very well. The rice perfectly cooked lo mein nicely done. We finally tried some of the specialty meals like the Four Family. this one had a variety of meats including pork beef and chicken along with some perfectly cooked shrimp. The sauce was just right and the vegetables had a nice light crisp to them. We highly recommend Jin Jin to be your go-to Chinese restaurant and take it from folks who eat out a lot this is without a doubt the best Chinese food...

My husband and I ordered orange chicken and general tso's chicken. When I went to pick it up the whole restaurant smelled like rats, it's a very distinct smell. After calling in my order and waiting 20 minutes before picking it up I also waited 15 minutes in the restaurant. When I got the food home it was disgusting. The orange chicken wasn't spicy, the house looks mein had no flavor, the general tso was hard and I could barely eat it. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating here. Plus they have a 91 sanitation rating and I believe it should be lower. Their restaurant is dirty, it stinks, and their food is disgusting. Save your money and go...
