Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Taunton

Going g on the 5th time I have ordered with my food messed up. Told my food can't be refunded that they don't do that but I could bring back the parts that were messed up and that they acknowledged were messed up and they could put things on them to make it right... so my family's food goes cold while they wait for me to drive there for the 5th time at my expense for them not to even refund what the issues were and my food be ice cold by the time i get it there to be fixed which the board of health is specifically against taking food back and fixing it so im guessing the manager isnt even serve safe certified like i am since i run an actual restaurant not a hack one..... Too busy blasting inappropriate rap music and goofing off than working... send a secret shopper you'll see... then the manager will tell you it's on you to fix the issue amd won't refund the issue or compensate for your issues or time and the owner also doesn't care. This domino's is by far the worst one I have went to. I order all the ti.e when I travel for work never an issue bit this one and it's staff and manager and owner are absolutely horrible. I have recorded my experience as well as my reciept and interaction on the phone and will be sharing on social media and with corporate. Also font call late because even though you can order online till a certain time nobody will answer the phone.... by far the worst ownership and management possible and franchise should absolutely be revoked if you can't follow franchise policy or state laws such as food...

I can't believe this experience. Over an hour in a half to get the wrong order. Delivery guy tried to drop off our food without us knowing and then proceeded to throw our receipt out his window on the front lawn. We called multiple times and had to finally ask for a manager when the guy hung up on us when we asked where our order was. Whoever owns this Domino's needs to hire new staff. They're rude and don't care. This was suppose to be for my daughter who wanted this for her birthday. We ordered at 6:11 and got it at 7:45. It was the wrong pizza that she won't eat and now we have to get her something else at almost 8 at night. On a school night too. This also happened to others I know within the last few weeks. Go to a different pizza place. I'll never order from here again. I hate getting like I disappointed...

Havent had Dominos in over 20 years. Since they claimed to have Brooklyn style crust and a lg 2 topping advertised for $7, I figured why not. First, no one on this planet will confuse it with Brooklyn crust. It's the same problem they had when I tried it oh so long ago. The crust sucks!!! It tastes like salt-less saltines. The sauce was also lacking as were the toppings. Bacon was chewy like rubber and the pineapple was canned. I understand if you have kids but I cannot believe any adult would call this good pizza. Any review from someone over 30 that claims to love their pizza is a...
