Coba Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Taylor Mill

Took my husband here for his birthday & was extremely disappointed for our 1st visit. Hostess could barely maintain eye contact as we arrived & barely spoke to us as she sat us. Server was nice but seemed lost or confused anytime we'd ask certain questions regarding the menu. Food took over 45 min to arrive. Chips & salsa was forgotten & served late.

When our food finally arrived, we were already quite full from eating the chips & salsa from having to wait 45-50 min. Server did come by & apologize repeatedly for the delay a few instances. My husband's burger was made incorrectly & when he asked the server to please send it back she replied, "do you just want them to take everything off for you or just remake it completely?" This left us stunned.

My husband kindly asked for it to just be completely remade but correctly as he ordered. My alfredo was cold, very, very bland where I had to add extra salt & pepper. When my husband's corrected burger arrived, it was also very bland & tasteless. I was also surprised to see that we were still fully charged for our meals even though we waited nearly 1 hour.

1 time a manager checked on us while we were waiting earlier simply asking how we were doing, nothing more but didn't even apologize himself for the long delay or offer to comp us. I'm no free loader at all but I would appreciate the acknowledgement or honesty of the reasoning behind the poor service, such as a discount for our unpleasant dinner experience. He seemed to dissappear & hide from the customers. Extremely disappointed & will not be returning or recommending this...

the service was awful we were one of two couples in the place and the waitress was so overwhelmed that when we got our check she had charged us for the other couple's food who where seated in another part of the reataurant. the food was horrible. i orderes 3 tacos and could only manage to get half of one down with a whole glass of water. the meat was very dry and it had a tiny bit of cheese on it. its like they were competing with taco bell ot something when we had to send the bill back due to all of the extra food on it the waitress charged the full anount for my inedible food which was extremely overpriced to begin with. I met three of my friends at Coba for an easy girls night. Taylor Mill is a convenient location for all of us to get too. And I love a neighborhood type restaurant. First we grabbed drinks at the bar. Service was top notch as well as the drinks we ordered. We moved to a table for dinner and each had a “bowl”. My mango lime salmon bowl was delicious and my friends loved their chicken fajita and chicken teriyaki bowls too. It was not very crowded which was nice but I’d love to see this place fill up as it was a fun place to meet up with for dinner and drinks. Prices seemed affordable too and you get a lot of bang for your buck!
