We seated ourselves as we were instructed; not a problem. It took too long for someone to greet us and take our drink order. I would understand if the place was busy or short staffed. But that was not the case. Less than ten tables occupied and 10 employees working. And it looked as if 4 were servers. Then, when the server did take our order, it was if they were not listening . A drink was forgotten, and I had to remind the server that we needed the drink after about 10 minutes had gone by. I watched as the food was being prepared and saw it setting on the counter for about 10 minutes and the manager was going to have another server delivere it to us but then our server saw that; they finished talking to one of the other employees and brought our food to the table. When it was delivered, we did not get the food that was ordered. At this point, we were ready to be done and leave. I used to like to eat at the Taylor Mill location, but the service and quality have really gone down. Again, the store was not busy. I would have had more compassion and understanding. My opinion is that the manager needs to direct the staff better and not be so involved in the food making. She was so focused on taking care of the drive thru that the employees seemed lost and not guided. We were not the only family that went through the waiting and food mess up. Read more6/20/24 1:30pm No one greeted us as we walked in typically someone always shouts welcome in . Always something we enjoy Ryley was our waitress. She actually brought me my 🍋 slice with my water which has become rare she also brought a new water with another slice of 🍋 by the time I got to half a cup and I truly appreciate that as I tend to drink several cups of water with my meals. Attention to detail is key. However my partner never received a refill once. This probably wouldn't of happened if you would of taken on less tables and allowed your colleague to help you. Which brings me to my next complaint about you. I'm sure you stole us from the other waitress working and with me having a culinary background proper etiquette is key to help restaurants run properly. I will also say that not coming back and asking if I wanted anything else was a no no, you should always be trying to up sell. Simply touching the table and asking if I wanted anything else before bringing the check is all .
I was truly hoping to have a great experience as I don't know the next time we will get to enjoy this establishment. I definitely don't foresee myself going to this establishment over others that are nearby whenever I'm in the area.
Hot Mett cheese coney is the way to go it blows the habanero cheese one out of the park. Happy I got to try it and I hope it becomes a permanent part of the menu.

I just ate there 15 minutes ago, our server had like two people she was checking up on, somehow she accidentally charged me for about 20 dollars worth of items, when I said something about it they all acted so weird, even the general manager was like why are you complaining you didn't pay for it basically not realizing most of these employees are actually stealing from our cards to pay for food, heck they might know about it the way she treated me. I can accept a mistake but it was oh a mistake happened she said the general manager herself it was accidental, she refused to give me corporates number hung up on me over the phone. As well as tried to charge me twice what my meal was! I will be contacting corporate my aunt and uncle raised me and they have million of dollars. Best believe I will have this worked out. There's no way with as many three other people in the restaurant should they have accidentally charged me twice my meal cost and then say we didn't charge you it so it's ok.
