The only thing good I can say about this place is that My food is atleast warm. They have a hard time getting my order right and it's pretty simple. I keep paying for extra for sour cream but they forget to put it on there. The place is absolutely disgusting. An honestly it's pretty trashy. The service and atmosphere. An when I see a place bad like this I can't help but wonder what management is like. To hire on unappealing people. From the looks of it its like the only question they ask at the interview is "are you a drug addict? Good, your hired" definitely not a good look. The place is dirty. So management obviously doesn't care about cleanliness of the store. The trash cans are always full, even if there's no one in the store or drive thru. Dont even get me started on the area where the pop machine is. Obviously hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The doors have the same filth as yesterday which means they don't clean. I'm honestly surprised I came back. But you never know sometimes businesses have bad days. Not this one. Everyday is a bad day for them I guess. They don't have good use of their time. There is only one nice person on staff an hopefully you don't do anything to make her mad because she can be rude pretty fast. She yells out orders no one can understand and then gets mad If you can't understand her. Like girl put some teeth in your mouth and pronunciate.

Let me just say it is Terrible Every single time! I’ll quit going and then say hey we’ll see if they’ve improved?! The owner must have no idea about the terrible treatment they give their customers, just down right rude and nasty. They will straight say get out of my drive through as your checking your bag! The owner needs a new management team and staffing,smh. The food is always over sauced or just old or poorly made. Do not recommend. Just wasted another 20 bux here and threw it away, didn’t make it right, I got a chicken quesadilla and it was overloaded with their sauce and dripping all over everything and a chicken Gordita crunch they gave me beef and put tomatoes on it lol ( it doesn’t even get tomatoes!! Lol) ,so much sauce on it that it was dripping out not even warmed the cheese in between the Gordita and the taco wasn’t even melted lol smh just slapped together and wrapped up with beef instead of chicken lol overflowing with sauce!...

Every single time I go through this drive through something is wrong. It is now a habit to double check everything because there will be something wrong with the order.

During my most recent visit, I had placed an order for something with just meat and cheese on it. Not only was my order wrong this time, but the "corrected" item I was just given had everything on it... Again. I didn't realize this until I had gotten home however. I asked before I received it if it just had meat and cheese and was told yep, only meat and cheese, so I felt there was no need to check it.

On the receipt it said just meat and cheese, so it was probably the person actually making the food that goofed. If they are this careless with an item that just has meat and cheese on it, I'd hate to see what is actually going on in the kitchen with everything else. That or the employees are messing around getting orders wrong...
