Placed a pick-up at this location as I have been coming here the past couple months. Once home from picking the food up, I realized two wings flavors I didn’t order were on my wings. I called back up there because I’m not too far out and was just going to ask them to switch it out. Upon calling, the employee answered the phone and I explained what had happened. She then immediately hung up after my explanation. Weird, so I called back. The phone is answered to giggling on the other line and the employee laughing while acting like she couldn’t hear me. She then hung up on me again. Called up again because at this point Im irritated; it’s a $40 dollar lunch I didn’t end up eating. The employee answers again while giggling and laughing like she couldn’t hear me. As soon as I said they could hear me and I was just going to come up there to talk about it, the giggling stopped and the phone immediately went on hold. A different female voice answered the phone and said “we’re having phone issues” and hung up. Not wasting my time anymore at this location and reached out to get my money back from corporate since the restaurant doesn’t want to handle things correctly.

Read moreAs a Dasher, I don't eat here so I couldn't comment on the food, but I do pick up food for my Customers. When you go in there, they don't know if I'm a Dasher or a customer and they don't greet you or wait on you. You have to stand there and wait until it starts getting uncomfortable. When they do, most of the greeting employees are rude, in a rush, or what ever they got going on in their heads. My last interaction with them was to pick up two customer's orders and I was told by the rude lady that one was already picked up five mins prior. I told her that I just got the order five mins ago... She refused to remake the food citing company policy (which I've had this happen before and other restaurant's care so much for their customers that they will remake the food on the spot! I told her that DD doesn't give an order to TWO different Drivers, it doesn't work that way. She acted like I was a liar and I showed her my phone for BOTH orders. She refused to make it right for my customer and I had to inform my customer that she had to cancel her order and reorder it. Read moreI was excited to try this place on the way home from work yesterday. I ordered on line. I received notice that my order would be ready at 12:20. When I arrived there were 5 cars lined up at the pickup window. So I went inside where there were about 6, obviously frustrated, people waiting for their orders. The girl at the counter mumbled something to me as she ran out the door with a bag of food. A minute later she came back in, with the bag, and asked my name. She said "it's not ready yet." This was at 12:20. I continued to wait while listening to some yelling coming from the kitchen. There was one girl there making burgers that appeared to be on task and good at her job. Finally at 12:55 someone came out with a bag and said my 1st name and attempted my last. Another gentleman said "that's me" and proceeded to take the bag. I tried to say "I think that's mine" but it fell on deaf ears. I followed the guy outside and asked him to check the name on the receipt and, sure enough, it was mine. He said "#@ck, I've been waiting for over an hour." I took my food and went back in and grabbed my drink. When I got into the bag to eat I discovered no fork, no napkins.
