Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Taylor

today was enough for me to write this review. this is the 3rd bad experience with this one worker, she is older and she has dark hair usually in a pony tail and glasses. i never look at her name tag because i want to get away fast as possible. she is so rude every single time i go and every drink she has made for me has been terrible. i work at a different starbucks and i like to get my go to while i shop, but this lady manages to make a drink with clear instructions so wrong. it also takes her so long for what? she’s not even by herself and she takes forever to make 1 thing. she always has an attitude and she acts so self righteous about everything. for the love of god just fire her and this whole location would be better. and my friends caramel ribbon crunch was definitely wrong and made incorrect it was very bad. if i’m paying 8 bucks for a drink please make it right, especially if i WORK at starbucks and know what it’s supposed to taste like! honest to god it is just that one lady i have to complain about along with like 2 other people who just make drinks wrong but they’re nice so it’s okay. idk there definitely should be retraining and fire that...

I was at Starbucks last night at 845 and was given attitude over not knowing my order yet. I was told several times repetedly that the store was about to close, and felt rushed. I was not satisfied with my order, and when I asked a question about the drink I was talked down to. The woman working there was absolutely disrespectful and did not say one thing without being snotty about it. I do not recommend this location. It's okay well I think they are overpriced and I think the coffee is kind of strong I think Tim Hortons is way better and a better price to I think once a business gets a name established that's what can keep them going for years kind of like McDonald's there's nothing that used to be back in the seventies it was way better back then than it is now maybe I'm just old school but it seems like Tim Hortons or Dunkin Donuts has way better coffee...
